Y/n sits slumpled on the bed, mindlessly scrolling through the channels on tv. It's nearly midnight, and her boyfriend Alan still hasn't come home. Alan is currently working on the set of the movie Closet Land, which is about a political prisoner and an interrogator. He's been working especially late recently, since filming was about to wrap up.
Y/n was about to doze off as she heard a key rattle in the door.
"Finally," she thought.
Alan Rickman strides into the living room, and y/n can hear him taking off his jacket and placing his belongings on a table.
Alan quietly walks into their shared bedroom, unsure if y/n was already asleep. He sees y/n laying on the bed, one hand still in the bag of chips they were snacking on. Alan smiles, and places the bag of chips on the nightstand. He crawls into the bed towards y/n, and starts leaving gentile kisses down her neck. He kisses their forehead, and whispers "I love you, sweetheart" into her hair.
"I love you too daddy<3", y/n murmurs.
"I thought you were asleep, my darling", says Alan.
"No, I was just waiting for you. You know I can't fall asleep unless I'm laying in your arms," pouts y/n.
Alan laughs, amused by her sweet response. "Well, let daddy take a quick shower and we'll rest."

Alan comes out of the bathroom, wearing his baby blue pyjama set. it was y/n's favourite, as she bought it for him for Christmas. Alan gets onto the bed, and y/n leans over to give him a little smooch on the lips.
"I missed you so much daddy, how was filming today?" She asked.
"It was okay, we kept messing up this once scene, so everyone had to stay back to redo it." he replied.
"Awee, could I visit the set tomorrow? I'll be there to give you emotional support, plus I'll get to see you!!" pleads y/n.
Alan laughs. "Of course you can, sweetheart."
He lays down on their bed, and y/n cuddles up to him, placing her head on his chest. Alan pulls the covers up over them, and wraps his arms around her body.
"Sleep well my little girl, sweet dreams", he whispers into her ears.
