Harry doesn't know why he dressed so flashy for the court date. Probably cause the tie looked great when he was next to Zayn and those Bambi eyes. Also cause Zayn seems to have a thing with foundling and tracing the patterns on it, so that was a bonus. After the incident with Harry and Zayn taking away Avani a few weeks ago, Alicia had been furious. Elliot had even threatened to sue Zayn for hitting him, but Harry easy squashed that quickly by threatened to sue Elliot for the evasion of Zayn's privacy.

Harry was sat at his table next to his lawyer and listened as the man defended him. He was doing a decent job, and Harry half wondered if his lawyer thought they'd win or not. Zayn was in his seat a row back from Harry, on the edge of his seat.

They were fighting for the custody of the child, and Zayn really wanted Harry to win. He loves Avani like she's his own daughter, and it's easy to see that Avani would love to stay with her daddy. Sadly, the little girl loves her mother as well and that's why this whole thing was takin so long.

"Mr. Styles, my client has told us herself that you neglected the responsibilities of being the father of Avani, and-"

"That's not true." Harry says narrowing his eyes at the women.

"Mr. Styles," his lawyer said looking a bit apprehensive.

"She neglected to share the information of Avani's existence until last year. She left me in the blind spot cause of her selfish needs." Harry says and he looks over to a flustered Alicia. Harry had his poker face on, and he could easily be his own lawyer with the rate this was going.

"Is this true Ms. Milhouse?" The judge asked with raised eyebrows.

Alicia muttered out a yes, and Harry scuffed before leaning back in his seat.

"But that doesn't ex-" her lawyer tries and Harry cuts her off again.

"Are you really going to start gravelling for useless info just to make me seem like a jerk? Yeah I broke your clients heart by breaking up with her. But that doesn't give her the right rather she's the mother or not to hide my child from me. When you find something to justify that then you can-" Harry gets cut off by his lawyer who puts a hand on his shoulder for him to shut up.

Harry sighs and looks at the judge. "Sir, your honour, with great respect I just have to say that all of this isn't necessary. I'm willing to split custody. I want my daughter in my life, and I also want her to have her mother. I don't care if Alicia moves away, j just want to at least know that I can see my daughter on appointed occasions and to make it a regular." Harry says standing from his seat. "I can take care of her and she's happy with me so there's no need to worry about if I'm father material or not. My offer is to stay with me half a year, and then with Ms. Milhouse the other half of the year."

Zayn smiles proud at Harry, and maybe he should feel guilty for getting turned on by all this. He watches as the judge and both lawyers look at Harry surprised at how Harry basically closed the case with a few words.

"Ms. Milhouse, do you agree with these terms?" The judge asks lifting his mallet.

Alicia looked hesitant but agreed to the terms and then the court day was closed. Harry sighs relived and walks his way over to Zayn who hugged him hard. "You were so great."

"I was just being a smartass, I didn't know it would have worked."

Alicia and her lawyer comes over to shake their hands before both leave. Harry talks to his lawyer a bit, and then Zayn and Harry were out of the courthouse as well. They walk to Harry's car, and Zayn loosens both of their ties as Harry holds the door open for him. "Let's go to yours and change, then I have a surprise."
