Not very many wizards can draw tunes/use magic without wands, like Bri. It takes more concentration to do it though, and a weak (not necessarily weak, just inexperienced or doesn't know what they're doing.) wizard isn't able to accomplish this.
Bri's currently trying to teach Oliver how to do it, and Marcassin tried it once but it didn't go well. :/
I wonder if Lynx can do it? 🤔
