Background: Izuku's first clear memories were waking up from a coma at the age of 10 and immediately understanding a lot of the world around him. The doctors attempted to identify him by his blood, but there was a HUGE amount of an unknown radiation present in his blood stream and DNA. The only thing that they could determine about the boy was that his genetics had been drastically altered by the radiation, and that he had PhD level knowledge in several fields. After a little bit, he qualified for 7 PhD's, astounding the hospital staff of where he was temporarily living. Soon, when they were unable to identify Izuku, and Izuku couldn't remember who he was, a the top doctor by the name of Inko Midoriya, the only one who cloud even keep up with Izuku's intellect, adopted him, and named the boy his current name. After some time, they discovered that, despite being quirkless, Izuku was unnaturally strong, not just for his age, but for humans in general, while still being scrawny. So they trained him up, and he was soon strong enough to lift a small truck, but wasn't getting any stronger for some reason. Now, he's going to U.A. University to become the best hero he can be.
