Background info: Betty and jug were dating but they broke up before summer because Betty had cheated on him with Reggie. No one has heard from Jughead all summer.
-in school,at lunch-
"Hey guys" archie says walking
Up to their table
"Hey Archiekins,long time no see"
"Yeah,well it's been a busy summer"
He sits down
"Have any of you heard from Jughead,FP said he left the trailer by choice,which I don't believe one bit to be honest"
"No,sorry. Last time I saw him was in school before summer" Kevin says
"Same here" Veronica says
"I haven't seen him since the brake up" Betty says
"What? You two broke up?"
"Yeah...I kinda met someone else"
Cheryl walks up to their table
"What she means by that is she cheated on him with Reggie. Also to answer your question carrot top. Nobody has seen The hobo on the north side,not even pop tate. He asked me last time I was there"
"So?...he's missing" Veronica asks
"No,he can't be missing. FP would've told us" he protests
"Maybe he-"
"Oh.my.god. Don't turn around" Kevin says tapping Archies arm
"What?" Archie turns around and sees a gang of serpents along with Jughead walking into the cafeteria laughing.
"Is he wearing a serpent jacket?!" Betty exclaims.
Everyone notices what the boy is wearing and looks at him while he sits down. Not a lot of people expected Jughead to actually join the serpents. Yes he was from the southside but he wasn't the type of kid to get into a dangerous gang. They all watch as Reggie walks over to Jughead and taps him on the shoulder. Jughead turns around.
"What?"
"Take off that stupid jacket"
"Why should I?"
"Because you snakes aren't allowed here"
"Oh,so when I didn't have the jacket and you bullied me for being raised on the south,that was okay...but now I'm starting to act how you made me out to be it's not okay?"
Jughead stands up and all of a sudden. Everyone in the cafeteria goes quite.
"Just take off the stupid jacket"
He opened his arms
"Take it off me"
"What?"
"You want it off me,so take it off me"
Reggie just stood there in silence
"That's what I thought,bet you didn't think it"
"Well considering you were acting like a little girl..I'm not surprised. No wonder why Betty cheated on you"
Jughead looked over at Archie and Betty standing up ready to rush over
"What are you gonna do?"
Betty and Archie walk over
"Reggie that's enough"
Jughead looks at Betty
"I suggest you keep your boyfriend on a short leash. Now be a good doggy and walk away...I mean,unless you wanna lose to a snake. That wouldn't be very good for your ego would it?"
Archie was in pure shock. Since when did Jughead get so much confidence?! Everyone started laughing at jugheads comment to Reggie. Once he walked away and everyone went back to eating He took the opportunity to go ask him if they could talk,Archie wanted to confess his feelings towards him.
"Hey Jug"
He turns around in his seat
"Hi.."
"Can we talk?"
"You had all summer to do that"
He turned back around and He was seriously in shock now...He never thought Jughead could be like this.
"Jughead it's serious...it's about..."
He turns back around
"What? What's so important"
"Uh..."
Without thinking Archie leaned in,grabbed his face and kissed him. Cheryl,Kevin,Betty,Reggie,
Veronica and all the serpents watched. When they pulled away Jughead didn't know what to do. He was trying to process what happened but couldn't. He quickly stood up and took archies hand. He dragged him out of the cafeteria and into the music room where no one was.
"Jug..I am so sorry" he backed away from him.
Jughead locked the door
"Are you gonna hurt me?" Archie asks.
Jughead quickly makes his way over to Archie and pins him against the wall. Archie really thought he was going to get a punch in the face. But instead he felt Jugheads lips smash into his. Archie looked at him then melted into the kiss. After a while Jughead went down to his neck and left a few hickeys.
"Jug.." he said breathlessly before grabbing the boys hair
-in the cafeteria-
Reggie has just left with the bulldogs and betty so it's only Veronica,Cheryl and Kevin.
"Do you think Jughead will kill him?" Kevin asks
"What? No you idiot,it's Jughead" Cheryl says
- over with the serpents-
"What do you think Jughead will do to him?" Fangs asks
"I don't know,he's had a crush on Archie for ages" Toni says
"I guess we are about to find out" SP says watching Jughead walk over to them and then sit down
"What did you do?" Toni asks
"Take a look" he points over to Archie walking in. They notice the hickeys on his neck
"Does he know it's there?"
"Well he's about to know when,I'm sure Kevin, will point it out"
"Why Kevin?"
"Because Kevin loves the gossip and is a very honest person"

Archie sits down back at his table with his friends and doesn't say a word
"Did you make out with Jughead?!" Kevin exclaims
"What?!...no..no why would you think that"
"You have a hickey" Veronica points out. Archies eyes widen and looks behind him,he meets eyes with Jughead who has a proud smile on his face and winks at him making him blush
"I gotta say,he got you good" Kevin says.
Archie turns around and gives him a 'seriously' look
"Just saying" he puts his hands up in defence
"So are you two together?!" Cheryl asks
"I don't know"
"What do you mean you don't know?"
"I never asked him,he just left. I don't know what to do,I haven't been in a relationship"
"Fear not Archiekins,I know what to do"
"Oh no"
"After school you need to invite him over to your house,try have a convo with him and act normal,then just ask why he kissed you"
"Doesn't sound to hard.."
