Karma-
Karma would probably hate meeting people. In fact, he probably accidentally met your parents if they answered the door for you or he accidentally walked into the living room. He would be quite charming, but make some creepy backhanded comments at the time. He would probably be quite nervous too. Although he wouldn't admit to saying it, his leg would be bouncing and his hand would shake near them.

Nagisa-
Angel. He would be so willing to meet your parents, and love hearing them talk about you when you were a child or some embarrassing experience about you. He would make sure to get them gifts, and he would never refer to them as their first names. He'd be like "oh hi miss/mr ___" "no it's fine I'll call you miss/sir"

Itona-
Like karma, met your parents on accident. He had never really thought about meeting your parents, but didn't mind it. He told them all about his machines, and overall would be very kind. Although he would make some kind of backhanded compliment to one of them, but he wouldn't even realise it was offensive.

Isogai-
Like Nagisa, had the whole thing planned out. Bought flowers and chocolate for them, made small talk, and overall was quite the charmer. He opened doors, closed windows, and said after you sir and things like that. Your parents loved him, and he would get along well with your parents. I can imagine it being awkward if they bought up his job.

Maehara-
Loves your parents even if they hate him back. He would call them mom and dad to make you and them laugh, and would buy flowers but do something stupid like not take the tag off when he gave them to your parents. He would be sweet and beg them to tell you stories about your childhood.
