(Y/N) couldn't help but space out in the midst of a friendly gathering. Their ears tuning out the various voices that seeped from everywhere around the room, eyes pricking with tears as their nails instinctively hugged the flesh of their flesh tightly. 'Many surround me, yet why does it feel like I've got a huge gap in my chest? Laughter echoes everywhere like a pleasant melody..yet I can't remove the feeling of wanting to run away.' They thought pitifully as they excused themselves to the restroom. 

Pink lips trembled as small droplets of crimson made themselves down. Eyebrows furrowed in absolute confusion, eyes darting everywhere in order to prevent tears from cascading. The horrid feeling of vines wrapping themselves around their neck took over, it felt as if they suddenly swallowed billions of stones in one go. Their hands shook while they hugged themselves into a tighter position, the more they thought about it the more they cried.  

"Everyones out there waiting for me, they brought cake and everything to celebrate..yet this feeling of being utterly alone won't leave." Footsteps echoed in the restroom while (Y/n) quickly fixed themselves up "You good in there? You're takin' quite a while.." their lover yelled out. Panic seeped itself in their bodies as they fixed themselves up they best they could. "I'm fine." 

'I lied...it's suffocating..'
