Mujhe tere parents ke saath bhi maja aaya and the dinner was so fun, laga hi nahi ki I am meeting them for the first time, so conclusion yeh hai ki it's your sisters I have to pataofy, baki toh maine tere parents ko impress kar hi diya hai na " she giggled at this.
He was just looking at her and wondering why and how does she understand his innermost turmoil and how the fuck does she always address it without him voicing it out!
"Ladoo, tu yeh kaise karti hai, mere bina bole you talk things that have been bothering me like how?!? But on a serious note, fortunately hamare parents are okay with us but woh log kaha mile hai ek dusre se? Jab mile hai it is only for the finale na uske baad nahi, I feel we have to think about this too naa.. and rahi baat mere sisters ki toh yes they are a tough nut to crack,but tune unke yeh bhai ko hi crack kar diya toh woh log kya cheez nahi, I feel ek video call we can do na? Abhi kare? It will be fun" he said expecting a no for an answer, but was again taken by surprise when he heard, "yar sunny I haven't even freshened up toh ek hour main kare? Do you think we need to ask your parents before doing this ki kar dete hai without telling anyone..?" She had asked, and to which he said, "tu hoja ready main karta hu inform sabko theek?" He said that in a monotone not knowing what to reply, but yes this meet was a necessity and he felt this was the right time.
They both informed their families,informed meenu di about the call, and as a safe harbour, Karan even asked Poonam di and jeeju to join in.
The call was ringing, teju who seemed to be confident was a bag of nerves right now, fidgeting with her fingers, shaking her leg she was anxious and that's the last thing he wanted her to be while talking to the family, knowing there is still 15 minutes to the call he decided to take things in his hand!
"Teju, mujhe tu jaise hai na waise hi bahut pasand hai, yeh tera jo bebaak andaaz hai na that has won my dad over, he did tell me ki you are the right choice for a brat like me, someone who would fight the world for me and would fight with me to bring me on the right path. Rahi baat yeh saare bheno ki they are as possessive as you are when it comes to me, but at the same time bahut welcoming hai, tu unke saamne teju banke ja, woh teju jo hamesha saabko apne pyaar main daal deti hai, woh teju jiko patane main it took me 3 months, who teju jisko ajj mere parents mujh se zyaada defend karte hai aur woh teju jisse dekh kar ekta ma'am ne first jhalak main hi itna bada role dediya, and last but not the least woh teju jisse dekh kar uske parents aur pra sirf proud feel karte hai, ha?"
Like this was all that she needed to get all the drained confidence back, his words always had an impact on her and she knew the power his words hold, both the good ones and the not so good ones have always affected her. And she couldn't have been more glad in knowing that he was her man, a person who was chanting for her to win, a person who got up the first to cheer for her on winning a person who left the after party so that her moment wasn't affected a person who had always kept her ahead of him, a person who started confronting with the fear of loosing her, a person who wanted to spend time with her never spoke about it so as to not hamper her shoot, a person who just to spend time with her accompanied her to a salon, he was her person and she couldn't thank the lord's above to have blessed her with him.
She was looking at him without blinking an eyelid, and before he could question she pounced on him, hugging him the tightest and saying "thank you sunny" on repeat, it took him time to know what she was saying coz she was so lost in her touch, gosh this women drives him crazy and makes him crave for more every freaking time. He kept on thinking why would I even keep a condition of not having her before marriage, how am I going to control when she would be so near! The test of time this is for him and for her too, she wanted him as much or maybe even more than he wanted her!

Hey fam, i am going to start my apologising to you all for not updating regularly, so many things needed my attention, but now that this part is up I hope to update all the remaining parts soon. With this I shall also be updating the epilogue to my first ever story DESTINY so do keep a lookout for it too.
