 I am sorry Haru...but this will not kill you, you will only feel the pain on the anniversary of my death. 

When Haru woke up, he was in a supernatural hospital meant for fallen ones, angels, himself, his father, and his brother, and demons, like his mother. 

"KATRINA!" Haru yelled. 

"She died. She killed herself but made a deal with death that you live and only feel the pain on the anniversary of her death." Nolan said. 

 "No. No!" 

"She also made death put a curse on you." 

"What kind of curse? What kind of curse, Nolan?!" 

"You are going to forget her in 3 hours." 

"No! We were originally cursed because of who our father is. We are supposed to live forever and never...ever... forget anything or anyone." 

"But not anyone." 

"Were you even listening to me! I just said anyone!" 

"Oh, I did not hear that part. But death is more powerful than Father and can break those types of curses." 

"The only thing more powerful than our father, is the one who shunned him for being self-centered." 

"Yeah, God. Maybe we can ask him to bring Katrina back?" 

He's only 16, he doesn't know.

You don't know what happened the last time we contacted him. Dad was trying to get this curse off me. It was before you were born. We tried, and, in the end, he nearly killed Mom and Dad. After that, we swore never to even try to contact him, even if it was an emergency. 

He doesn't know that I exist so I can and I will try to bring her back. 

NO! I AM NOT LOSING YOU TOO! 

She was like a sister to me so this is hard for both of us except I am doing something about it.

Haru tried to use his powers to bring Katrina back, and suddenly, she was standing in front of them. Haru collapsed on the bed. 

"Haru!" Katrina said.
