"Where are you bringing me?" Soobin asked Yeonjun.
The alpha is nervous, he have forgotten that it is yeonjun's first day of working and casually decided to go where the omega wants to go. He is starting to question his decision making skills for being impulsive most of the time around the omega.
"Just sit still, we're close." The omega replied, eyes fixed on the road.
"You're not planning to kidnap me, murder me with a huge ax and sell my organs, are you?"
"What the fuck? No!" Yeonjun immediately replied.
"Don't shout, I'm gonna throw you out of the window if you keep on shouting."
"As if you can do that."
"Oh, I can certainly do that omega." Soobin said, arrogance in his voice.
"You should stop being arrogant, just because you're an alpha, you're no better than anyone else." Yeonjun stated his purpose of making the alpha feel well long forgotten.
"I'm not being arrogant and I am better than anyone else. Even if you want to deny it, from strength to physique, we both know alphas are better than other specie." Soobin responded surprisingly calm.
Yeonjun didn't reply and just continued driving, he can't say anything about the alpha's statement because he knows deep indside that what his boss have said is true, even if he keeps thinking that everyone could be equal, in reality it will never be. Alphas are powerful, omegas are just omega.
"We're here!" Yeonjun exclaimed, trying to lighten the mood from earlier conversation.
"A street full of street foods?" Soobin asked as if it's his first time seeing such place.
The place is filled with lights in various colors and size, there are people who are basking and vendors selling different kind of foods. Overall, the place looked free and fun. A place where soobin never knew, a place where he never felt the same. Fun and free.
Yeonjun dragged him to every corner of the place, they ate different foods, played different games and listened to people performing on stage, it's like there's a festival on the said place, everyone is just having fun not worrying about what could happen the next day. I wish I'm like these people.
They had fun, so much fun that they forgot that they're literally wearing an office suit. They didn't care. Soobin is having a blast, the happiest he has ever felt in a long time. He might not show so much of his happiness but he is very happy right now. To think that it's the omega who made him feel this way baffles him. A first time again.
Soobin stared at the omega, he looked so pretty and out of this world. Yeonjun was looking at the stage, singing along to the song that is currently playing, swaying his body along with the beat. The lights reflected on his face making him look so much more prettier than he already is. His eyes sparkled and gleamed like the stars at night. Soobin was mesmerized. What the fuck is wrong with me!?
Yeonjun noticed how Soobin is staring at him and blushed. "Stop looking at me like that." He mumbled.
"Like what?" Soobin teasingly asked.
"Like you have big, giant, enormous, massive colossal crush on me." the omega replied grinning from ear to ear like a cheshire cat. Ha! he really thought I won't payback for his constant flirting!
"Assuming, I'm actually looking at you like you're a rat in a genetic alteration experiment."
"Fuck you!" Yeonjun angrily spat. How dare he call me rat! I'm so pretty for that!
"You're the one getting fucked."
"Pervert!"
"Shut your noisy ass, people are looking, you're embarrassing me." Soobin said pulling him away from the crowd.
"Let's go home now, I'm driving this time. I thought I was gonna die when you were the one handling the car."
"Tch, I saw you almost falling asleep by how smooth and gentle I was driving."
"Driving what?" Soobin looked at the omega weirdly.
"The car, idiot! your mind is so dirty!" Yeonjun screamed, covering his upper body with his hands, feeling violated.
Soobin just chuckled and went inside the driver's seat of the car.
"You're not even going to open the other door for me!?" The omega complained.
"No ugly, you have your own hands. Use it." Soobin said mockingly.
"What a gentleman!" Yeonjun spat again, stomping his way towards the other side of the car, opening the door and going inside, slamming it close.
"You really are thick faced, I'm your boss. You're supposed to open the door for me not the other way around." Soobin said.
"We're not at work right now so you're not my boss and I'm not your secretary. We're just two simple people hanging out." Yeonjun replied shyly.
He's shy, okay! He doesn't know if this could be called hangout or anything, he doesn't want this to be some kind of boss-employee thing either. He doesn't know, really. He just wants to go home now.
"Mmh." Soobin hummed in agreement and started maneuvering the car.
The trip back was silent, a comfortable silence to be exact. They didn't banter, they aren't after each other's throat, just a peaceful drive.
"Where's your house? I'll drive you home." Soobin asked hesitantly, breaking the silence.
Yeonjun told him the way to his apartment. He's so sleepy already, he just wants to go home.
"You're here." The alpha said looking at Yeonjun's direction.
The omega is already fast asleep and as usual he still loked very pretty in Soobin's eyes.
"Omega, wake up." Soobin said shaking yeonjun to wake up, but to no avail, the smaller male still didn't budge.
"Wake up idiot! I'm gonna kick you out if you don't go out yourself." Soobin yelled this time, aggressively shaking the pinkette.
(A/N: their hair colors in this story are the ones they had during blue hour era.)
"Fuck, what's going on!? what happened!? spare me! I don't wanna die!" Yeonjun screamed, waking up at the thought that someone kidnapped him.
"Shut the fuck up, you're already here, get off my car." He heard Soobin mumbled looking at him with angry eyes.
Angry bunny is a cute bunny! mh mh! Yeonjun nodded at the thought.
Yeonjun went out of the car bowing at his boss. He was about to go to his apartment when he heard soobin whispered.
"Thanks for today I guess, I had fun." after saying those words the alpha immediately drove away.
Yeonjun blinked following soobin's car with his eyes until it was gone.
He's probably shy, how cute! Yeonjun smiled at the thought and skipped towards his home. At least he knows how to be thankful.
