Chapter Twenty-three

"So I'm your alpha huh?"

"I-i was just t-trying to keep that beta away from you h-haha, it was a-"

Yeonjun stopped his stupid rambling when he heard Soobin laugh, the alpha had his hands clutched in his stomach as if what he's witnessing is the most entertaining show that he had to laugh like an idiot.

It's Yeonjun's first time seeing the man laugh like this and to think that he is the reason of Soobin's happiness right now made him smile unconsciously. Sure he've seen the alpha laugh and smile but never like this. His dimples looked so pokable that all Yeonjun wanted to do is jump into its depth. But since he couldn't literally do that he settled on poking them and pinching Soobin's cheeks as he did so.

The omega's action made the alpha stop. He looked at Yeonjun and was surprised by how his secretary's eyes sparkled and twinkled brighter than any stars. The smaller looked so happy poking and stretching Soobin's face that he didn't even notice that the alpha is staring at him. Soobin felt his heart picked up a pace, it's probably beating faster than my wifi connection he thinks.

The moment Yeonjun noticed their position, he had his eyes wide open, his heart started beating so fast too that he's afraid Soobin might have heard it. He was about to step back when the alpha snaked his arms around the omega's waist to keep him in place.

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" Soobin absentmindedly asked.

Yeonjun's face flushed bright red at that, he's gonna burst, no shit.

"W-what are y-you talking about idiot!" The omega shyly muttered slightly punching Soobin's chest.

"Yeon, can I kiss you?"

Yeonjun's eyes blew wide like a saucers, just a little bit more and his eyeballs might jump out of his eye socket.

Without proper thinking with his yearning for the alpha winning over his senses, he nodded.

Soobin didn't even think twice and dipped his head to catch the omega's plump lips. They stayed in the kiss without moving, contented by just feeling each other's lips for a minute or so before Soobin slowly moved his against Yeonjun's. It was passionate and sensual. It's as if they've been wanting for it but just couldn't. They let the kiss convey the unspoken feelings they both have for each other. This kiss is more romantic than before. It's not lustful like before. It's pure hope and yearning.

Yeonjun first pulled out of the kiss to catch his breath. He opened his eyes to see Soobin now staring at him with adoration in his eyes. His stomach grew warm at the way the alpha's eyes gazed at him. He feels so safe and comforted. This feels so nice.

"You're staring at me like that again." The pink haired spoke, breaking the comfortable silence they settled in.

"You're too pretty, I can't help it." Soobin said, voice deep. Smirking at the omega.

I hate you so much, I just wanna kiss that stupid smirk off of your face.

"Ah really? Why don't you do it then."

"You heard it!?"

"Yep, you have to keep your thoughts to yourself if you don't want anyone hearing you. Y-"

Before Soobin could even finish his words Yeonjun grabbed his colar and smashed his lips on Soobin's. This time the kiss grew hungry. Its a mixture of both adoration and sexual.

However, before everything escalate in a more serious sexual action Soobin pulled away.

"We can't do this here, omega." Soobin said.

"Don't you want me?" Yeonjun asked, pain lacing in his voice.

"I do but we can't do this. We can't continue doing this without being clear with each other." Soobine explained, caressing the omega's face running his thumb under the omega's eyes.

"Well then let's be clear. What are we, Soobin?"
