"Rest in peace," Tanjirou says clasping his hands. He had just eliminated the lower moon 5 aka Rui. He is currently on the mountain Natagumo where the lower moon had resigned.
He had successfully got a sample of his blood and killed him. Tanjirou was praying for the demon as he could see the spirits of the demon's parents.
"The sample will be great for Tamayo," he says holding it out. "Nezuko!" Tanjirou yells for his demon sister's attention.
"yes, brother?" Nezuko spoke to him. Since she was given blood from Tamayo she was praised for her ability to speak.
"let's start to head back to Tamayo! We have everything we need!" He says. Placing the box down and opening the box he motions for her to get in.
A smell had randomly appeared that had put Tanjirou in the alert. The scent has gotten closer rapidly, Tanjirou blocks the incoming sword towards his sister.
"I'm sorry, but I can't let you do that" Tanjirou pushes back against the sword to send them back a bit to get some distance.
"do you know what your protecting?" The rave hair says. His tone was as cold as ever.
"first of all, this is my sister who is a demon," he says. "And second of all, she hasn't eaten anyone!" he defends his sister.
"How can I believe you?"
"of course, you say that" Tanjirou mutters "She hasn't attacked me yet, no?" He says growing tired of the situation.
A silence becomes over them. The raven hair hadn't spoken. He was thinking. The raven hair looks towards the side, he seems to notice something.
He suddenly gets into a stance and attacks the redhead.
"wonderful" Tanjirou sighs getting tired of staying here with the hunter. This was after all why he hadn't joined the corps.
Fighting against each other the raven hair notices the strength of Tanjirou and how he is quickly taking over him. The raven hair quickly backs away and starts to say something.
"Now Kocho!" The raven hair yells to the Kocho. Tanjirou smelled the scent of poison and the quick movement quickly turns around.
A girl with a purple butterfly brooch was charging at his sister with the intent to kill her. Shit! Tanjirou thought. Using a sword style he moves faster to knock Nezuko out of the way.
"Ara Ara. It seems that someone is breaking the corps rules" she says with a poisonous taste.
"jokes on you I'm not even in the corps!" Tanjirou says surprising the two slayers. The slayers looking closely notice how Tanjirou isn't wearing a corps uniform, but how does he have a sword?
"well either way this situation will put you on trial and either lead to the death of your sister and you," The butterfly brooch says "or punishment" She finishes with a smile. Tanjirou could smell from a mile away that it was fake.
Thinking of a way out of this predicament he suddenly recognizes the butterfly ornament with another. "Do you have a sister?" Tanjirou asks confusing the butterfly girl.
"that has nothing to do with this" a vein suddenly appears on her forehead.
sweating a bit Tanjirou continues "I remember helping out someone with a similar brooch as you, though she had them on the side of her head instead of the back" he says catching the girl to look in confusion.
