Whitty's POV

"Where are we going to live now?" I asked. I looked to Sarv. She was looking at Ruv. I looked at Ruv. He was looking in the distance. Me and Sarv looked to where he was looking. It was the city I used to live. "There's only one place." Ruv said.

I panicked. I knew that I had a friend there. Carol was her name. She was the only person who knew about me. She was the one that tried to protect me. They took me away from her. Away from my home. Away to the Hell we had escaped from. "I used to live there. It's not all that great. Let's go somewhere el-" I was cut off by Sarv squealing with joy. She and Ruv had started to walk torwards the city. "Hey! Wait for me!" I yelled as I heard a chuckle from Ruv.

Time skip

"This is the place." I said. We were standing right in front of my old home. Carol lived there still. I just knew. I walked up the two steps to the door. I raised my hand hesitantly. I knock on the door. "Coming!" I heard her yell from inside. I heard a click and the door opened. "Hey Carol." I said. She had tears in her eyes. She instantly hugged me. "I missed you." She said. I picked her up and hugged her back. She cried into my shoulder. I raised her head and wiped her eyes. "It's ok. I'm here now." I said soothingly. Another tear ran down her cheek. I wiped it off. "There's no need to cry anymore." I said. She nodded. I smiled. "Where's that smile at?" I said. She chuckled and smiled. "There it is!" I said as I laughed. She laughed as well. I sat her down. "Come inside." She said. I looked back at the other two and signed for them to come as well. Ruv and Sarv walked inside after me, followed by Carol to shut the door.

"I have so many questions! Where did they take you? What did they do to you? How did you get out? Why are the-" I cut Carol off. "One at a time please." "Sorry. First question. What did they do to you?" She asked. "Well I don't know what they did to them, but they tried everything to make me blow up." I said. She nodded then looked to Ruv and Sarv. They looked to each other. Sarv took part of her shirt down. She had scars on her back. They had cut off her wings. I gasped. So did Carol. Ruv never did but he hugged his sister. After he let go, he looked down. "Do I have to?" He asked. "Only if you want to, purple guy." (See what I did there?) Carol said not knowing Ruv's name. He sighed.

He took his shirt off and rolled up his pants. He had cuts and stab-marks all over him. Some were still fresh. I gasped. So did Sarv and Carol. Sarv had her hands on her mouth and tears in her eyes. Ruv put his shirt back on and rolled his pants back down. "Since it's technically illegal to beat a girl, they couldn't beat Sarv. They never beat Whitty because they were just trying to make him explode, which was the weirdest method ever, so they beat me and several others. I could hear the screams from others in there. I eventually got used to it though. Just don't be sorry." He said.

I nodded and looked at him with sympathy. He looked back at me then quickly looked away again. He was probably really sad.

"Ok, um... second question. Where did they take you?" Carol asked nervously. "They took us to a laboratory on the top of the far hill. We were all locked in cells. They did the most horrid things to us, especially Ruv." I said.

"I said not to be sorry for me!" He said his head still looking down. He was definitely sad. "There's no need to be sad Ruv. We're all here." I said. He sighed. "I'm not sad." He said. I just made a 'mhm' noise.

"Ruv~!" Sarv slurred teasingly. "Not now Sarv!" Ruv said agrivatted. Sarv just chuckled. She whispered into Ruv's ear. He shoved her away with his head still down. "Shut it, Sarv!" He yelled. The room shook. I widened my eyes. Sarv just laughed. She laughed so hard that she fell to the floor and started to roll. Ruv had his head down. I never knew what she said.
