Izuku's emotional control started thinning out more and more each day, seeing as he no longer had (Y/n) with him cheering him on.
He did, however, start being less and less careful. After getting injured on his third day of school, he found that (Y/n) was in the nurses office seemingly constantly during the day.
It seemed to be the only solution to seeing her more often, so he didn't hesitate to start causing more harm to his being during the training sessions. After so many visits to Recovery Girl's office, (Y/n) started to get concerned.
"Izu... this is the 2nd time today. You need to be more careful. If you keep at this pace, you'll get killed! Aside from that... I think Recovery-Sensei is getting agitated..." She pointed at the elder woman on her chair with her eyes and the freckled boy frowned.
"I-It's alright. Besides, this is the only way I get to see you..." (Y/n) sighed and raised one of her (s/c) hands to hold his face.
"But it hurts to see you like this. Not to mention I can barely study without worrying!" His mouth turned upwards in a grin, happy to know that he was on her mind.
"I'll be more careful.. If you promise to meet me at the gates after school." With a brow raised, she let out a breathy laugh and agreed to meet him.
"Go on.. I'll see you after school, Izu-kun.." He jumped up in glee and ran out of the office, surely to get back to class.
"That boy is reckless..." Recovery Girl grumbled under her breath before returning to work.

Izuku practically teleported when the school's bell rung. He stood at the gate bouncing on his heels excitedly. Nothing could go wrong. Everything was planned out perfectly, and there was no doubt on his mind that he was going to ace the date.
A few minutes passed before (Y/n) stepped out of the school, trying her best to be polite to the hoards of students rushing to get home.
It took a second for her to get out of the student-sandwich, but once she did, she looked (up/down) at the giddy male.
A small chuckle escaped her lips and his eyes glossed over with an unreadable emotion. He looked lost in thought until the female in front of him called out his name.

You looked at him a soft eyes, raising a brow in confusion. "Soooo... what are we doing?"
Izuku snaps out of thought and looks (up/down) at you, his eyes gleaming with -what you assumed to be- excitement.
Without any words, he grabbed your hand and pulled you along as you simply smiled. 'This must be important to him... He looks so happy...'
