I just want you all to be aware that this is in fact a yandere-based book, so cussing, blood, gore, toxic-relationships, and many things are going to be VERY VERY common. It was when they were four. Izuku had found out he didn't have a quirk, and it was the sweet girl's natural instincts that brought them together.

"Ha! Quirkless Deku thinks he can play with the king, huh?!"
(Y/n) watched from a distance as the green-haired boy was bullied and pushed around by the others.

Once the boys were done messing around with the weaker one, the little girl got up from her spot on the swing to help the little boy up off the ground.

"Do you.. need help..?"
Her words came out like a whisper, but it was oddly soothing to hear.

His emerald eyes looked up to meet her (e/c) ones, and the tears streaming from his eyes came to a halt. With a nod, he grabbed the hand in front of him and smiled at her.

"T-thank you."
She giggled and nodded, not bothering to let go of his hand.

"Would you like.. to play with me..?"
His eyes grew wide, but it seemed like those words alone were enough to make him want to have her as a friend for a long, long time.

(Izuku's is short because he's an obsessive yandere and it doesn't take much for an obsessive yandere to fall in love.)
