Before I continue, I want to give a shoutout. This shoutout is to Jinxx-ed . I just want to say thank you so much for voting for my book! You are one of my favorite people on Wattpad! I woke up when I felt someone tapping my shoulder. I stretched and looked to see who it was. It was my sister."Hey." I whispered. Paige was still asleep.
"Hi. Do you want breakfast?" Karly asked.
"Yea. Can you make me some eggs please?" I answered.
"Sure. Scrambled?" She questioned.
"No. Fried." I purred sarcasticly.
She smiled then walked to the kitchen to cook breakfast for me and her. As she was doing that, I walked to my room to change into new clothes. I slept in yesterday's clothes without knowing it.
While I was in my room, I decided to take a shower. After I was showered and dressed, I walked back downstairs and saw that Kyle, Chase, Andrew, Lilly, and Ulysses were awake and eating breakfast. Karly was talking with Paige. I grabbed my plate and sat next to my sister who was telling Paige the story she told me last night.
"She didn't cry?" Paige was asking.
"No I didn't." I interrupted.
"I was just telling Paige of the time William dared you to jump off the tree." Karly informed me.
"I heard the ending." I told her before turning to Paige. "Do you want breakfast?" I asked.
"Yes please. I'm starving!" She answered.
I helped feed her while Karly made another plate of eggs for me. When Karly finished, everyone else had waken up so she sighed before making eggs for them. When she came to me to give me my breakfast, Paige had finished eating and was telling me about when her dad got elected.
"Everyone was so happy for him! We celebrated by going out to a fancy restaurant that night. We went to Fats because it was my dad's favorite place to go. After dinner, we went to Big Spoon and had frozen yogurt. We started to pack up for the move the next day and after we had everything unpacked in the White House, my dad started to work more and I got to spend more time with my mom. We always had father daughter weekends though." She finished.
"That's cool. Was the move tough?" Karly asked, sitting down and handing me my plate.
"Yes. We had to help my dad pack up his election stuff first because there was so much!" Paige nodded.
"Did you enjoy the White House?" I questioned.
"Yea. Everyone got a master bedroom and when I had friends sleep over, we slept in the guest room. My room was big and had a walk in closet but the guest room was bigger. It had 3 king sized beds and 3 walk in closets." Paige explained.
"Wow. That must have been fun." I gasped.
"Oh you bet it was! We watched movies, talked about boys, and sometimes we got permission to have celebrities over but that was very rare." She sighed.
"You are lucky. I will talk more later, got to go hunt. Bye!" Karly said as she grabbed a hunting bag and left the door to meet up with the others.
