So I've had a few people say they wanted to read more about the dating so I'm thinking maybe I'll tell their dating story before anything else. Sorry about the mix up.

Maria finished getting ready, a slick of mascara and lipstick and she was done. She looked through her bag to make sure she had everything. Grabbing her phone and putting her bag over her shoulder, she looked around her apartment. She had only moved in recently and she loved it. She loved having her own space and being independent. She smiled and headed out the door.

Colm pulled up outside the apartment block, he took out his phone to let Maria know he was outside when he saw her coming out the door. He jumped out of the car and opened the passenger door for her. He went back around the car and got in his side.

"You look beautiful"

Maria blushed and looked down, she felt nervous but she wasn't sure why.

"Thanks, you look good too."

He leaned over and gave her a quick peck on the lips before he started the car and drove off. This was their first proper date. Colm wouldn't tell her where they were going but he seemed excited about it. She sat looking out the window as he drove trying to figure out where they were going.

She smiled as she recognised the route they were taking was into the city. After a while Colm pulled into one of the small city car parks and they got out of the car. They chatted as they walked arm in arm. After a few minutes Maria laughed.

"Are we going to the wax museum?" Colm looked at her shyly and smiled "Well...I know it wasn't really an official first date but it was there that I realised...I really liked you more than I should. I loved when that woman taking our photo thought we were a couple."

Maria laughed and grabbed his face squeezing gently on his cheeks. "You are just too cute" She kissed him, gentle at first then a bit harder. She pulled away breathless and looked around slightly embarrassed. Nobody was paying any attention to them, her lips tingled from the kiss and she smiled. Colm hadn't moved, he put his hands to his own lips then smiled.

"How about we just skip all of this and go home to do that again for a while."

Maria laughed and dragged him by the elbow towards the wax museum. As they joined the queue an older couple walked past, the man nudged his wife and she smiled.

"Newlyweds?" She asked Maria

Maria laughed as she looked at Colm, his face was red and he looked panicked.

"No, just on a date."

The woman smiled knowingly and shuffled off with her husband. As they passed Maria heard her tell her husband what Maria had said. He glanced back at them.

"We never kissed like that when we were just dating"
