I huddle closer to Bakugou so he can show me the pictures he took at the beach today. Most of them are of me, which is embarrassing, especially the ones taken after I had a butterfly painted on my cheekbone by a woman looking to make some extra cash. However, none of them compare to the video of me pouting when I got the hiccups, Bakugou cackling in the background every time one slips out. I didn't even know he took a video of that. Something tells me that even if I beg, he won't delete it.
The pictures of the sandcastle we made with Eri and Midoriya are nice. Eri's standing beside it in most of them with a huge smile on her face. She was really happy with the way her castle turned out. It's mostly thanks to Bakugou as he constructed the majority of it. I wasn't much help in that regard. But that doesn't matter. The goal was to build a sandcastle that Eri would love, and we succeeded at that. Of course, Eri's still a kid, and she found greater satisfaction with knocking the castle down than putting it together.
Rody returns to our table and stands over us, Pino flapping her wings beside him.
"How's everyone's food?" he asks.
Everyone offers their gratitude, apart from Denki who has a mouth full of noodles.
Sero leans back in his chair. "When this cruise is over, I think I'm gonna miss the food the most."
"I know," Denki whines once he's done swallowing. "Rody, can we hide out in your cabin for a week? I'm not ready to leave yet."
Rody chuckles. "I'll have to pass on that one. But you'll seriously be missed. It's been a pleasure serving you guys this week."
"Hey, I'm not ready for tearful goodbyes yet," Kirishima says. "We still have tomorrow!"
Rody nods. "That's true. So, what are you all planning for the rest of the evening?"
"A bunch of us are going dancing at the teen club," Midoriya says.
"Again?" I ask.
"It's certainly one of the more popular spots on the ship for the younger crowd," Rody says. "I can see why all of you like going there so much."
Bakugou nudges me and smiles. "Not all of us."
I lean toward him and lower my voice. "Do you wanna skip?"
"Eh, not really," he mutters. "It's our last couple nights here. I want to spend as much time with everyone as I can, even if it's something stupid." He casts a quick glance at my lips before meeting my eyes again, a smirk blessing his face. "And hey, it may not completely suck this time. Today's still about having fun, isn't it?"
I bite the inside of my lip as I give a small smile. "Yeah, I guess you're right."
Bakugou leans further in, his face close enough for me to distinguish the flecks of yellow that blend into his crimson irises. His smile stretches even wider. "So let's have fun, then."

Okay, so dancing still isn't my strong suit, but I'm more open to the idea of it tonight than I was any of the previous nights. As with most activities we do as a class, the girls kidnap me for themselves and I spend most of the evening dancing with them. By dancing, I mean nodding my head and occasionally swaying my hips. Though the only times I sway my hips are when Uraraka or Yaoyorozu grab my sides and force me to.
Bakugou hangs back at a small table he managed to snag for himself. Even at his happiest, Bakugou will never get anyone to convince him to dance. But he looks perfectly content where he's sitting. He has his phone out, switching between filming my lack of rhythm and Kirishima's flustered self as he dances with Camie.
