Kyle's saber bore down on Tavion like a horned beast on a rampage, the aggressiveness of his attacks gave little way for her to attack, but she maintained her defense all the while. When finally, he relented a little, it was her turn to act. She swung her saber in a high cross strike on Kyle, he blocked high but left his legs exposed swinging around with Ragnos' sword she cut across them with a swift strike. Kyle managed only just, to leap over the strike forcing the high strike he blocked backward and with it, Tavion.

He broke into a run towards her, leaping in a forward flip, his body twisting at the same time. He made a slight movement with his saber hand the blue blade responding by attempting a slash against her skull, she ducked out of the way, the hum of the blade coming so close to her ear it was all she could hear. Kyle landed behind her, she whirled around quickly, making sure not to have her back to him longer than she intended.

"You've improved your technique since last we fought, I'm impressed." She said, with a hint of admiration in her voice. Kyle paid her comment no heed, he simply stood still, focused, his blade held in front of him waiting for her challenge. She tilted her head, a look of annoyance washed over her face, she didn't like it when her prey didn't bite back. Reaching out with the ancient sword she pointed its blade directly at Kyle, his eyes grew wide in surprise. A thick orange beam of pure energy erupted from its tip, Kyle tried to absorb the beam with his saber but instead, he was thrown backward his back crashing into the sandstone cloak of Ragnos' statue. The stone broke apart on impact, dust polluted the air around him as he slid onto his back, at the feet of the ancient statue.

Tavion let out a roar of rage as she soared through the air to the place where Kyle lay, her two weapons coming in for a lethal plunge into his body, he came to just as she was coming down on him, instinctively he rolled out of the line of danger, and the saber plunger hilt deep into the stone whilst the blade clanged off of it throwing Tavion off balance. Kyle seized his chance he thrust out his hand in a force push and sent her flying to the right side of the chamber, her body colliding with another section of sandstone brick, and she too slid to the ground, her eyes fluttered a moment, but she shook her head, and then something happened that Kyle was not expecting.

As Tavion moved to stand, he heard the sword clatter to the floor, and her saber deactivates as her hands reached for her ears and she began to scream. Confused Kyle stood, his saber still active but he made no move to confront her. He took a look around to see if someone else was in the chamber with them, there was no one. Then a deep and evil laugh began to rise from the inside of Ragnos' statue, and Kyle watched in horror as a pale blue, translucent Ragnos emerged from within. His ghost wore his signature horned helm, and a massive medallion hung from around his neck, his body was clothed in a poncho-like tattered robe, and two black obsidian gauntlets guarded his hands against exposure. Spikes protruding from the knuckles.

"Tavion you have failed me, you promised me strength and yet you get beaten by this meager Jedi, peh. I rid myself of you and in turn, you will suffer alone in the blackness of the abyss." Ragnos lifted a finger and Kyle watched as the ancient Sith lord proceeded to obliterate the woman before him. Her body began to crack and chip and then from within a sickening bright orange light overcame her and her body shattered making her one with the force and erasing her from existence. Ragnos now turned his attention to Kyle and spoke, his voice echoed and hallow.

"So, Jedai, you have bested my pawn, I applaud you, young one. Yet I wonder, how do you fare against a true Sith. Ah, ha ha ha." The ghost's laughter rang throughout the chamber and lifted its transparent hand calling the sword to it, the weapon responded without hesitation and for a moment, Kyle was frozen, partially with fear but also disbelief at what his eyes were witnessing at that very moment. A Dark Lord of the Sith from five thousand years ago now stood, well floated before him sword in hand and it expected him to fight, Kyle could hardly believe it. In his heart, he knew what he must do, but his mind screamed at him to run and escape. He shook his head knowing that was the stupidest thing he could do. So, taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly, Kyle raised his saber for the fight, a manacle grin morphed his skeletal features into a sickening smile. Ragnos raised his left hand and Kyle felt an overwhelming wave of force launch him backward, towards the massive stone doors that had stood silently behind him since he and Tavion had begun their duel. He felt them now crash into his back nearly crushing his bones.
