In the aftermath of the USJ villain attack, The League of Villains, UA was bombarded by media. These are all the things the head of UA has to deal with. The League of Villains' attack on All Might was brutal that it also included the students.

"I'm guessing you guys know what we are talking about?" The Principal goes by the name Nezu. The calm principal inspected his staff's movements as he speak. Some nodding in agreement and some frozen.

"The attack on USJ who are lead by the League of Villains." A person with a red cape and hat said whom they call Snipe.

"Indeed. Is there any new Intel about them?" A woman with very thin fabric clothes who goes by the name Midnight asked.

"It's only been 2 days and you guys have found him? I'm pretty sure Snipe manage to shoot him multiple times before they retreated. Is there a reason for this meeting if we know that he is injured?" The number 1 Hero, All Might asked.

"We have found a sighting of Shigaraki Tomura as well as Kurogiri." The only police and investigator in the room, Tsukauchi stated.

"A sighting? That fast? Are you sure this isn't some false lead?" The Red as blood hero, Vlad king questioned.

"This is indeed a very true discovery. After the Attack on USJ, people have discovered him in Shenzhou, China. In a small town as he asked questions" Tsukauchi continued.

"It seems the town is under development and is isolated. Technological advancements have just started as it is situated near a big mountain. It is also seen in a photograph that Shigaraki is talking to specifical criminals." Tsukauchi stopped and passed the photograph showing Shigaraki questioning the townsfolk as All Might hummed at him.

"Is there any reason why he would pick Shenzhou, China to go to instead of the criminal underground here in Japan?" All Might questioned.

"It seems as though he knows of the incident that happened there many years ago," Tsukauchi said.

"What incident are you talking about here?" Midnight asked.

"Since Shenzhou is mostly an isolated land, nothing ever comes out that is most peculiar to the public. Not a single report about the place even in tourist spots in China doesn't mention Shenzhou. However, there is 1 thing that the people near Shenzhou mentioned. There was an attack there not long ago."

"An attack?!? By villains?" The
blood hero asked.

"A long time ago, an unknown criminal genius took an interest in Shenzhou. It is said that they were quirkless but, very very smart in creating Bio-weapons. They took an interest in Shenzhou for one thing only, to rule over its land and use its people as their test subjects for Bio-weapons. That's what leads to our surface-level investigation of the place." Tsukauchi stated.

"The criminal genius released a Bio-weapon, mutated and powerful to scare Shenzhou of its possibilities if they don't bow down to them. Unfortunately for Shenzhou, they don't have the necessary resources and power to fight against this criminal genius. The people thought there was no choice but to bow down and accept their fate."

"Why are you telling this fairy tale? Does this have any significance to The league of Villains?" Snipe questioned as this song and dance fairy tale continued.

"I was just getting to that part. The people of Shenzhou were either quirkless or quirks that don't have fighting capabilities. They're not fully capable of fighting this giant Bio-weapon. Until 6 people from the mountains appeared. The names of the so-called saviors of Shenzhou were unknown. The people were a family living in the mountains. They used their quirks to stop and seal the Bio-weapon from destroying Shenzhou while also killing the criminal genius who made them. Their quirks were later then called Edge of Taixuan as it includes their sword techniques."
