The rankings were released, and I took 2nd place leading Todoroki and Bakugo. I saw a lot of Class 1-B students in the rankings and a lot of 1A students. The last place was occupied by that support department girl who has the grappling hooks and float boots.

"The top 42 will enter the second round. It's a shame, but those who didn't make it shouldn't give up. You still stand a chance." Midnight said as she licks her lips. Honestly, she probably could be a scary lady when angry. Reminds me of my sister.

"Now it's time for the second round. From now onwards, the media will become more excited. So be motivated." Midnight said as she whips the thing on her hand that I don't know.

I heard some students saying some things that I didn't care about. All I was thinking about is does this activity requires teammates? I haven't made friends. This would put me at a disadvantage.

"Let me explain. Participants are free to form a team of 2 to 4. You just need to form a horse. The rule is similar to a normal Cavalry battle. The only difference is that you will be assigned a score based on your rank from the obstacles race just now. Your team just needs to farm points. So the team scores will differ based on the teammates you pick." Midnight explained. I was just dreading having to meet someone new.

"Starting from the bottom, each rank will have 5 more points than the one below. The 42nd is 5 points. The 41st is 10 points. So on and so forth. San the score assigned to the first place is 10 million!!" Midnight said and immediately I felt the entire ranks look at Midoriya with interest. Poor Midoriya is gonna get targeted.

"The higher your rank is, the more likely you'll become the target. A survival game where the bottom feed on the top." Midnight said.

I have 205 points because I'm in second place. I have no intention of being on Midoriya's team. He would get the attention of everyone. Probably wait till someone asks me to join them.

"Let me explain the rules. You have 15 minutes. Your horse is something your team's total points. The chivalry will wear a headband with their team score on his or her forehead. Grab as many headbands as you can before the timer runs out. The one with the highest points will win.

The headband you snatched from others will have to work on the chivalry's neck. The more headbands you have, the harder it is to manage them. The most important thing is, even if your headband is snatched away or if your team is completely wiped out, you're still allowed to continue." Midnight said and that's a lot of rules and stuff. I understood it, hopefully.

"It's a fierce battle where you're allowed to use your quirk. But still, it's a cavalry battle. Any malicious attack on other horses will be handed a red card and be disqualified immediately. You have 15 minutes to form your party." Midnight said as the other people frantically look to form a team with someone.

As expected, people who are close to each other form a team more quickly than anyone else. I, however, just stood in the outskirts waiting for people to ask me. I can't just go to them and ask. I have a high score and it would grab attention. Hopefully, I'm able to form a team with someone. Just as I thought that I saw a purple-haired guy who I think is from Class 1-C approached me.
