"1, 2, 3, Jump!" Troy counted while holding my dslr camera as it captured my priceless smile while having a jump shot from the view of Mount Rainier in America.
"Okay, here's some water baby. I know it's been a while." He said while handing me my water tumbler. We sitted under a big tree while breathing in fresh air as we reach the top of the mountain.
"Sam, my wish came true." He said while seriously staring at my eyes. His eyes was really killing me.
"What wish baby?" I asked while smiling at him.
"To finally reach the top 10 mountains with you. Remember? This is the tenth mountain we traveled." Yes, Mount Rainier was the tenth mountain I reached with him and I'm hoping that he will never let me travel alone.
"Yes baby." I smiled and took his hand. "This is the tenth mountain, and this will not be the last. You travel, I travel. Right?"
"I love you. I promise to never let you walk alone. I'll be here with you as long as I can baby." He promised and kissed me on the forehead.
All this time, I traveled ten mountains with Troy, my boyfriend. We choose to travel mountains because we believe that it reflects life. As you overcome the challenge, the pain, tiredness, the duties and obtacles, you will be relieved by happiness. The happiness was the top of the mountain, where you will see the way that you came from and where you will realize that you have reached the finish line.
On our way down to the mountain, I keep taking pictures of him and some of different views of the mountain. My camera was that so important for me, it has all of our memories in different adventures. I'll do my best just to keep it with me, with us.
"Be careful baby, this one is dangerous." He reminded as we walk in a one foot bridge which connects to the land where the traveler's rest place is. That time I forgot to have my camera's lace on my neck and I have no choice because we're on the middle part of the bridge.
"I'm guiding you baby, don't worry." Troy said. I'm so nervous and uncomfortable while getting rid of the bridge which caused for me to accidentally drop my camera.
"Oh my God!" I don't really know what to do that moment.
I became extremely nervous as troy tried to save it without thinking that his life would be in danger.
"Troy!" Tears started to fell down through my face. I was really worried of what will happen.
He fell down and tried to hold in a small metal of the bridge, he got my camera and handed it to me and hoping someone will help us.
I know some travelers caught us but I see that they're two minded and not ready to save him. I held his hand while tears continuely run down my face.
"Baby, don't cry." I was really confuse and hurting this time. "Maybe I'll die now, but our memories don't. And those memories are kept by this camera. We reached the tenth mountain. My wish has finally came true. And I know, when I'm gone, someone will make you smile and will never let you travel alone. You'll be in my heart forever. I love you." He said with hopeless voice. My world began to crash down as he completely fell down because of the breaking metal from the bridge.
