~ Chapter 7 ~

Astrea's P.O.V

Kuma was fast asleep on my back, I smiled softly, they looked so peaceful, I couldn't dare wake them up so I left them to sleep in a hotel as I went to look for the demon, it wasn't hard to find but this demon was different. It had a strange number in it's eye 'lower four'.
They looked the same as an average demon so I got a tight grip on my blade.

"You..disturbing my meals?!" The demon yelled as it stood up straight, it looked at me angrily.
"You're eating innocent people. I can not leave this be." I spoke as it charged at me.
"Then you'll be my next meal!!" It yelled, keeping my calm demeanour I attempted to read what it would do next. Just in time I stepped away from it's claws. Running to get some distance I used Raging sun, two horizontal slashes that cut off the demon's arms. She didn't look worried, thinking that they would simply regenerate but that never came, I could see she'd began to panic, this is where I saw my victory. I used setting sun transformation, back flipping into the air and delivering a powerful unpended sword slash, beheading the demon.

"Not that is over with..I should go to see Kuma. They must've woken up by now.." I walked back to where I had left them, smiling when I saw them awake.
"Astrea! You've killed the demon right?" They smiled.
"I have. We should wait for another mission before getting home" I said, sitting with Kuma.
"Although, the demon had a strange character in their eye, lower four it said" I looked at them and they looked dumbfounded.
"A twelve kizuki?! You killed a twelve Kizuki?!" They yelled and I shushed them before replying.
"It seems so, is that bad?" Their smile seemed to grow brighter.
"No not at all!! But if you want any information I'd recommend you ask the Hashira or Mr.Ubuyashiki, the master and leader of the demon slayer corps. They'll know the most." I nodded and after about half an hour there was nothing so, I carried the still drowsy Kuma back to their home before going to ask the master about the demon I'd fought..
