Gyeokchan decided to follow his lead, Lim Sooho. They plan to flee to another country and settle there.
But, can he meet Boonok before they part and never meet again?
"Am I shameful if I wish so?" he muttered, which Eungcheol accidentally heard. Eungcheol took a deep breath and patted his friend's back.
"Come on, we have to hurry," Euncheol said, bringing Gyeokchan out of his despair.
As they walked through the basement corridor, the door to Boonok's room opened. That made Gyeokchan's steps stop and his face formed a faint smile when Boonok came out of there.
Boonok smiled at the man, as she usually does when their eyes meet. But, reality woke her up. Made her smile disappear and averted her gaze.
Gyeokchan's smile dimmed because he knew he was the reason Boonok lost her smile again.
