CHAPTER TEN - IN THE AIR

The Agreste family were two hours in their flight, six hours after Hugo had gotten lost in the city of Sydney. Marinette bit her nails as she watched the news, "How cool is this new akuma?" Lou asked her twin sister.

Ema disagreed, "It may look cool on tv but how scary would it be if we were still in Sydney?"

"It's crazy that mum and dad were in Paris when all of the akumas were there!"

Adrien shook his head as he heard Louise talk about their past, Lou had always been so eager to learn about their past but Marinette and Adrien had agreed to never tell them.

"We have to help them," Marinette whispered to Adrien, though her voice was quiet he could hear the determination she spoke with.

"How m'lady? We're on a plane!"

"We have done that before," Marinette said simply but then turned to Hugo and her daughters, "I'm not worried about being on a plane, I'm worried about them. We're parents, we're retired! It's not like we can turn into Aspik and Multimouse to save the day, it's time we ask for their help."

"M'lady..." When Marinette had Ema and Lou, Adrien told Marinette that he didn't want to keep secrets from the girls, not like his father and mother, while Marinette told Adrien that she wants the girls to have a normal life, one where they don't know that their parents were teenage superheroes. The two talked about it for days and as much as Adrien didn't want to keep secrets from the girls he didn't want to upset his wife so he agreed. "Are you sure?"

Marinette nodded in agreement, "We need to, we can't leave Hugo, he has already had quite a scare."

Adrien looked at Lou and Ema, "Which one?"

"Only Emilie, for now. She would be perfect with the horse miraculous."

Adrien smiled fondly, "Max's miraculous, Ema always was his favourite."

Marinette got out of her seat and grabbed one of the suitcases that she had put above them, "Ma, what are you doing?"

Marinette shoved her hand in the suitcase and moved it around until she found the bag she was looking for, "Ah! There it is, sorry ladies stuff," Marinette apologised to the men who were sitting next to them, Lou groaned in embarrassment. "Ema can you come with me to the bathroom?"

"Gross! No."

"Emilie! Go with your mother," Adrien said firmly, Ema sighed as she followed Marinette, Adrien knows that Ema has never been able to say no to him.

When Marinette and Ema were both in the bathroom Marinette opened her bag and pulled out the miracle box, "Emilie Agreste, this the miracle box, for centuries guardians have watched over the miracle box and given out miraculouses to heroes in times of need." Marinette pulled out the horse miraculous and then the mouse, "This is the horse miraculous of transportation, with this miraculous you will create a portal to Sydney and give the miraculous of multiplication to a girl named Andrea Davis."

Ema stared at the horse miraculous, "Mama, I don't understand, what is all this?"

"This is the truth, there is something had I should have told you a long time ago but I wanted to give you and your siblings a chance at a normal childhood but now I see extraordinary people like my child can help in this battle that your father and I have been fighting since we were thirteen."

"Battle? What battle? Thirteen? You were fighting at thirteen? Mama that's terrible-"

Marinette grabbed her daughter's shoulders, locking their eyes, "I am Ladybug and your father is Chat Noir, I know this is a lot to take in but we don't have a lot of time, you need to get the mouse miraculous to Andy Davis. She lives at 91th Lane Avenue, Sydney City."

Ema has two questions in her head, 1 how does her mother know this girls address but then Ema answered her own question with the memory of her father telling her that her mum used to stalk him and 2, "Why are you telling me this, what about Lou and Hugo?"

"Hugo is only ten and Lou isn't as mature as you, your papa and I do plan on telling them just not yet."

Ema grabbed the miraculous off of Marinette, the second the miraculous touched Ema's pale skin the room filled with a brown light, when the light died down she looked at the creature in front of her with curiosity, "You're a horse?"

Kaalki gasped, "I am a noble steed!"

"So a horse?"

"Ema, this is Kaalki, to transform say 'Kaalki, full gallup' and wear the glasses. Your power is voyage, with this power you will be able to create a portal to anywhere you can imagine," Marinette grabbed out her phone and went to saved photos, "This is an instagram post of where you need to go, imagine being here and then use voyage."

"Got it!" Ema grabbed the glasses and faced them on her face, "Kaalki, full gallup!" White and gold fabrics wrapped around Ema, a see through lace wrapping around her waist and falling down her back giving the effect of a tail. Her curly black hair was placed into two low ponytails and a final touch, a mask on her face which covered her light freckles. "This is so cool! I need a name, um... Sun- Jun- Jum... ment. Jument is my hero name!"

Marinette chuckled, "You are definitely your father's daughter, now focus and called voyage."

Jument looked at the photo on her mother's phone and focused, "Voyage!"

All dialogue in this chapter is in french but written in english so that we can understand what they are saying

I've been working on plotting out this book a little more and I've decided to change a couple things like Ema Agreste as Jument (horse) Mary Beth Calloway as Mavea (snake) and Ellie Danvers as Gold Dragon (dragon)

Also I'm using my little sister's phone so I'm not going to be able to proofread so sorry for any mistakes.
