Later the next day Miguel had texted inviting the two girls over. Amelia had driven the two over to his house. Daniella had gone up to speak to him. As the two were talking the man from the store had came up to the two.

"Are you two sure your ready?" He said to the teen. "Cause once you go down this path there's no turning back."

"Your going to be our karate teacher?" Miguel asked

"No, I'm going to be your sensei"
The two teens smiled at each other looking back at the man with a gin.

-A few days later-
"So am I going to get the karate pajamas too?" Miguel asked Sensei Lawrence

"Quite!" Lawrence yelled "a student only speaks when spoken to. Is that understood?"

"Uh yes. Yes sir?" Miguel said

"Yes sensei" Daniella said right after

"That's right ms. Jones. For now on you two will address me and sensei. Is that understood?" Lawrence replied while Daniella had a smug look on her face.

"Yes sensei" the two teens replied

"And these aren't pajamas it's a gi. And you two will get one when you earn it. Alright you two ready to begin your training?"

"Yes sensei." The two reply

Lawrence then quickly punched and swiped Miguel's legs out from under him. He then went up to Daniella and did the same to her making her also fall onto the ground.

"Lesson one, strike first. Never wait for the enemy to attack."

"Well you could have given us like a warning" Daniella groaned up getting up

"Quiet!"

"We do not train to be merciful here. Mercy is for the weak here on the street or in coipition a man could front you. He is the enemy. An enemy deserves no mercy." Lawrence says while Miguel gets out his inhaler taking a few puffs. "What seems to be the problem mr. Diaz?"

"There's no problem, it's just you hit me in the stomach and I have asthma" Miguel said between gasps

"Not anymore." Lawrence said throwing the inhaler onto the floor, "we do not allow weak ness in this dojo. So you can leave your asthma and peanut allergies and all that other made up bullshit out side, is that understood?"

"Yes but those are real medical problems I was. Yes sensei understood." Miguel said with a sad look on his face

"Cobra Kai isn't just about karate it's about a way of life. Take that first lesson." Lawrence said "sticking first is the initial step towards victory. Ok? Like when your at a party and you see a hot babe, or hot guy, you gonna wait for someone else to talk to them first?"

"I mean I've personally never been to a party I don't know about Diaz over here but..." Daniella stammered off
