After supper Maggie and I ran upstairs to get cleaned up for bed, we had a hot relaxing bath and ran into our room, we buried ourselves underneath the warm covers of the beds. We quickly fell asleep.
The next day we went into town, we got new dresses, shoes, head wear, and undergarments. I went on with my daily schedule of playing in the yards of the house, wondering around town and playing with the other kids.
