I woke up lateish the next day, looked at my phone and saw hundreds of notifications on twitter and Instagram of people mentioning and following me so I had to turn off notifications. There were many theories as to who I am and what my role will be in smp lore. There was a few hate comments however most were kind so I done my best to shrug the negative ones off.
Out of all the tweets one made a few minutes ago stood out, which simply said.
Random_account: I wonder what side @(u/n) will be on.
I laughed and tweeted on my main a simple :)? and immediately gaining hundreds of likes. I laughed and went downstairs feeling smug about what I had done.
"You look happy," my mam said.
"Yeah, I joined the smp and the chats reaction was priceless," I said remembering the previous day.
"I know Ranboo messaged me a few minutes before it started and told me to watch the stream, I've heard enough from you and the streams I watched to know the basic storyline and I think you will fit in perfectly," my mam responded.
I smiled and hugged her feeling my eyes get damp with a few happy tears. We stayed like that for a bit before I heard a notification on my phone.
I checked my phone and saw the message was from Tommy in the group chat.

HOW TF ARE YOU ON TRENDING ALREADY
"What did you do," my mam said semi sternly reading the message on my phone.
"I'll respond to Tommy and you'll see," I said holding back laughter.
