Two days went by and Harry merely left the couch. Louis had almost a year to get over him but his heartache was fresh and he just laid there staring at the ceiling, crying. Niall left him alone for most of the time. He went to work and he tried to get him to eat something when he returned but Harry wasn't hungry. He had lost Louis for real. He didn't love him anymore. The future he had seen was no longer there. How would he move on from now? How would he go back to his own world and forget about this one? The one that had Louis in it?

Niall forced him to take a shower on the morning of day three. He complied since Niall was kind enough to let him sleep on his couch and he didn't want to leave his unpleasant odor on his furniture. Niall left for work while he got clean. He let the warm water wash over him, blending with his tears that wouldn't stop falling.

He got out and brushed his teeth and got dressed. There was a knock at the front door and Harry wrinkled his eyebrows. Did Niall forget his key? He went to open the door and was face to face with Louis.
"Can we talk?"

Harry folded his arms over his chest.
"I think you've already said everything you needed to say."

Louis sighed.
"No, I haven't. I was shocked. I never expected to see you again."

Harry didn't know what to say. But he stepped to the side, letting him in. His heart was beating fast. If Louis was here to turn him down again he didn't know what he would do but the fact that he was actually here gave him hope. They sat down in the living room after Harry had removed the bed linen.
"So, yesterday I had two versions of Niall telling me what a moron I am." Louis chuckled.

"Two? Oh." Harry said and couldn't help but smile.

"It's scary how much alike they are." Louis grinned.

"I know." Harry chuckled.

"Anyway, they were absolutely right but I have to ask you again. Why are you here Harry?" Louis asked, eyeing him, looking really vulnerable.

"Isn't that pretty obvious Louis?" Harry snorted.

"I need you to tell me again." Louis said quietly.

"Why? So you can tell me that you're over me again and break my heart...again!" Harry said upset.

"I'm afraid that you're here because of me." Louis said and bit his lower lip.

"Of course, I'm here because of you. I love you for fucks sake." Harry shouted upset.

"Let me rephrase that. I'm afraid that you decided to come here based on my wishes, that you saw my breakup as some ultimatum even though that wasn't my intention. And even though you love me, you will be miserable because you miss your world too much." Louis said and looked at him with big, blue eyes.

"The decision to come here was mine. I missed you too much. I'm gonna go home and visit once a year in my world, which means every fifth year here, maybe earlier sometimes and I was hoping that you would be okay with that. It turns out my cellphone is working here so I can call my family and friends whenever I want to. But that doesn't matter. You said that you're over me and that you have moved on and I respect that. I'm going back home as soon as I can and I promise that I won't return here. You just live your life with Coby or whatever the hell his name is." Harry said, close to tears.

"That would be a fucking mistake since I love you." Louis said with a cautious smile.

"Stop messing with my head!" Harry whined, a tear spilled over.

Louis immediately moved closer to him and took his hand.
"I love you. I never got over you. How could I? If you're really here because you want to be, because it's your decision I'm begging you to give me a second chance. I'm so sorry Harry. I love you."

"What about Coby?" Harry sniffled.

"He's a nice guy but that's all. He could never be more because he's not you. The rebound guy. Now I feel awful. Poor Coby." Louis sighed.

"Screw him!" Harry smirked.

"So can you give me a second chance?" Louis asked, sounding nervous.

Harry smiled and crashed into him, smashing their lips together. They kissed until they had to come up for air. They were both smiling happily.
"You're really moving here for good?"

"If you want me to." Harry replied.

"Of course, and of course you're gonna go back and visit your family regularly. We'll make it work." Louis said.

"Speaking of my family. Do you wanna meet them?" Harry asked.

"Absolutely! Wait, how do I look?" Louis asked and fiddled with his hair.

"Perfect, don't worry." Harry smiled fondly.

He found his phone in the charger. Thankfully Niall had returned it. He video called his mum first. He smiled when her familiar face showed up on the screen.
"Hi, mum."

"Harry! I've been so worried. Where are you?" Anne asked.

"Well, I'm in that parallel universe I told you about and I would like you to meet someone. This is Louis, my boyfriend." Harry said and pointed the phone at Louis so he came into frame.

Louis waved.
"Uhm hi, it's nice to meet you. Your son is amazing."

It took them some time to convince her that they actually called her from a parallel universe and she almost fainted. When she had managed to collect herself she cried a little but they ended the call on a good note and promised to call soon again. After that, they called Harry's sister Gemma. She took it better.

Louis helped Harry to carry his luggage back to his place, or their place. They unpacked his bags and Louis made sure to make room for his belongings. Harry's family pictures found a place on the bookshelf.

When they were done they just stood and gazed into each other's eyes for a moment before Louis took his hand and lead him to the bedroom for some reunion sex.
