Hiding from you

Chapter 3

   My mom looks at me then gave me a big smile. "Sure, what is it sweetie?" I look up at her nervously, but still looking at her like I normally do. "Well Mama, I wanted to ask you if I can hang out with some friends today." Her eyes went wide open kind of like she was surprised that I found some friends. "Hangout? Where at?" Aww man, what am I going to tell her? Maybe if I say it cool she'd say yes. "Well you know at the gard-.""THE GARDEN! NO WAY!" My eyes turned red, I was furious. "B-But why not Mama!?" "It's because today is when the portal opens. I thought you knew that?" I knew that of course, but. "Its just that...these are popular girls at my school and they said that they like my hair and they said I looked really pretty so...they asked me to hangout with them today." I could tell that my mom was never going to let me go, but I really need to go with them. This might be a way to actually get popular, and get a lot of girls to want to hangout with me to. I really need more friends...I don't have any at all. "Wait, did I say garden? HaHa that's really funny because I'm not going to the garden. I was going to the arcade with them and n-not the garden...arcade not garden." Sigh my mom sighed and was really relived to hear that. "Good I thought you were really going to the garden." I think she believed me? Maybe if I ask again she will say yes. "So...can I go with them?" Mama was talking with her sweet voice once again. "Yes of course you can, but don't go to the garden...got it?" I smiled at her very, I was pleased with her answer. "Yes Mama, I got it." After that I run out the door with a bag I just made in my room, I bring a lot of bags just in case I want to trade with someone for something cute, but there is one specific bag that is mine...whisper it has Ouran High school host club on it. I looked around to see if I can trade anything and I saw the perfect outfit to wear and it was...MLP. I know the girls would like this because who doesn't like My little pony. I went to the restroom to go change then I was finally ready to go to the "arcade". I finally arrived at the garden and it's so beautiful today. "Wave Hey Ashley...we're over here!" Hey they waited for me and did not leave like other people do...they are so nice. "Hi Jennifer, Meme. I'm coming down there right now." I walked down the golden steps to get to them and then walked on a road with beautiful red rose bushes next to me. "Hey Ashley,um... nice outfit." Yes knew it. "Thank you Meme!" "We're going this way." Jennifer leaded us to the middle of garden were there was supposed to be a fountain, but is now a purple, pink, and black hole. "Behold the portal!" My eyes went wide open. What? "Hey...um Jennifer, are you sure its safe out here?"
