Chapter 4: The Prophecy

"Welcome" Chiron said as we sat down in the big house "The reason you are here is because of a Prophecy" he paused "about you 6," everyone gasped

"what's it about'' asked Bree

"it will probably be easier to just tell you the Prophecy" he said

"You must destroy the streams of power,

before you meet in the final hour.

You will need 2 vital keys, 2 children of the big 3.

More friends than normal you will need,

if in the end you wish to succeed,"

He ended and he looked expectantly at us like we were about to burst into flames.

"Wait, how do we know it's about all of us?" asked Bree "I mean it doesn't say Max Emma and Elwin go get your daily amount of doom"

"No," he sighed "prophecies are usually not so specific but I've been waiting for 2 kids of the big 3 and now we have them,"

He motioned for someone to come into the room. I instantly recognized her as the oracle Rachael a part of me wanted to get her autograph

"There are multiple different versions of the prophecy so I thought it was a good idea to tell you the ones we have."

she sat down in one of the big chairs as soon as she did green fog spewed out of her mouth and a creepy voice with it

"The one of the pit, the one of the dark

The one who upon the world sets his mark

Demigods three must stop the river of fire

children of the big three you must hire

The fog receded and then she got up and walked away

"we have been trying to find the rivers that we are supposed to get rid of.but its proven difficult" explained chiron "we have sent out demi gods and many have not returned,"

"So?"

"So the plan is to send Emma,Trevor and one other of their choosing to the only river that we have found so far, the river of fire,"

"Like from the underworld?" i asked

"Yes,"

"My guess is that the one of the pit is well... the... um...,"said Cooper whispering the last part "Tartarus," the room felt as if it got colder and the lights dimmed for a moment after he said the name we sat in silence my armor clanged obnoxiously, the straps where rubbing on my skin and were making me itchy

"well," Chiron got up from his custom chair and started to walk out of the room "Emma,Trevor you have 3 days to prepare and choose who you want,then we will send you off on your Quest,now go get lunch I hear they made tacos and casideas," he trotted out of the room leaving the feint smell of petting zoo and rode apples. We slowly got up, walked over to the training area and took off our protection.

Then we all went to the eating area.I got a cacidea and sat at the Hades table,not surprisingly no one else was there.I quickly ate then decided to go with Emma and test out new abilities I may or may not have when, I got to the lake she was their moving the water back and forth
