From your childhood, to your job, you've met so many people in your lifetime. But you always believed in the thought that some of those people will cross your path more than once, and some even staying around forever.
You take a quick glance at your surroundings whilst driving your well earned grey Mercedes. You're in awe how gorgeous Seoul looks in the late spring evening, a sight you're always blessed to witness as it's one of the many things you appreciate about your job as a museum curator.
You pull into the garage of your new apartment and make your way inside to flop onto your minimalist cream sofa. Peeking at the boxes on the floor filled with framed photos of the people you lost touch with as years had gone by. You ponder as to what they're all doing now. It broke your heart that you'd all promise to meet up and stay in touch during university or after, but life happened and you all just naturally grew apart. But you'd known it would be like this anyways, still however, thankful for the ones that stuck around.
You recall your coworker Namjoon had told you about a small collective from a popular dance studio coming to shoot at the museum in the morning, the theme being Korean pride. As much as you love your job, tomorrow morning would be the first time you look forward to clocking in as the events that are hosted at your museum can be slightly repetitive at times.
Before you slip into your blue silk pyjamas, you make yourself some pasta for dinner, do your usual skincare routine and slip into bed, with the feeling warming your body that something exciting was going to happen to you tomorrow.
You arrive to work, wearing a low neck grey jumper with a black midi skirt and Holly doc martens. You can hear upbeat music booming from the museum as you reach for your lanyard in your long black trench coat. You follow the music and see a group of 7 dancing, all so perfectly in sync.
However, it's the dancer in the middle that catches your attention. You feel your heart picking up a faster pace as you eyes fix onto the slim brown haired man in the centre. You start to be mesmerised by his good looks but you grow increasingly annoyed at the feeling you've seen him somewhere, but you can't put your finger on exactly where.
You realise that you've been staring so you pivot towards Namjoon's direction, who seems to be mesmerised by the talented septuple.
"I feel like I've seen him somewhere." You tell the tall man next to you, eyes fixing themselves on the well dressed man in centre again.
"Which one?" He asks.
"The really good looking one in centre." You reply, fighting back a smile as you feel your cheeks burning up.
"He owns a dance studio in the city centre. Quite well known in his industry. You might have seen him on the internet or even sold him something." Be responds.
You shake your head. It can't be. Your job requires you to communicate with several different people a day, some you just forget and you're not one for social media as the concept of it doesn't appease you.
