Chapter two 'again'

A/N: hi guys welcome or welcome back to another chapter make sure to read the first one for it to make sense anyway, guys lets say, his hair is always like the one as the chapter picture: damn 🥵

Y/n's POV 

When I heard him tell me to get off of him, I was a bit embarrassed. For until now I was just admiring his features from his attracting hair, to his addicting greenish - blueish eyes. Also  I guess that what I bumped into was him, to what made me think about his hard - as - stone - abs.  Anyway I got up he looked at me for some time and I wished to know what was going on inside his head. After something like a staring match I blurt 'well i'm so, sorry I didn't me-' but I was interrupted by the gorgeous boy. 'It's okay...I guess' he exclaimed, dusting himself, giving me a genuine smile. 'Damn' I thought, not knowing I said it out loud. He then smirked a bit ' I needed to re-learn how to breath' I thought this time not saying it out loud. 'See you around, beautiful' he said, making me feel sooo flustered. I just blushed and managed to say 'y-yeah'.

(A tiny time skip - until when you reach Daphne)

'OMG GIRL ARE YOU ALRIGHT' She yells a BIT to loud, which makes peoples heads turn to us. 'Shh a little bit quiet' I say putting a finger to my lips. 'How can I keep quiet when you just fell onto Adrian Pucey' Daphne says a bit too enthusiastically. -So his name is Adrian Pucey- I thought. 'Well sure he is hot' I mumbled more to myself, rather then to her. 'huh?' She asks clearly knowing what I said.

'Okay let's get to a new topic' I said clearly wanting to get over with that topic. 'Well were shall we sit' she immediately changes the topic. 'Oh yeah, about that...' i say nervously. I didn't know how to tell her, well I was wearing a badge, but I mean she is my bLiNd bestie so yeh. I had become the hufflepuff prefect. When Hogwarts sent me the letter I was so, very happy. But how would her reaction be. I told her anyway. 'about that, I became a prefect And I have to sit in the cabin where the head boy, girl and all the prefects sit' I said bustling it all out. She was a bit astounded. But then teased me ' I heard Adrian is a Prefect too, I bet you two will end up snogging during patrol time. - even though I was a Hufflepuff and he was a Slytherin - but to be fair I knew I had a crush on him. 'Shut up!' 'Oh, you can't deny it' she replied 'okay I might like him, but he doesn't like me back' I said simply trying to keep calm.

( time skip - you and Daphne talk a bit about your summer holidays and how you spent it )

After that it was time to go in to the train. I hugged her and then  I separated ways with her. I wished she was right and that we would snog. 'Y/n what the hell are you thinking' I thought. I gave my trunk to a train attendant, who gladly took it from me, he also led me towards the prefects compartment and then told me a 'have a great journey'. As he walked away, I thought blankly for a while before stepping into the compartment. There I saw for Hufflepuff: Cedric Diggory and two other boys, a group of two giggling girls around 16 and 17. For Ravenclaw: cho chang, roger davies and four other people. For gryffindor: oliver wood, angelina johnson and some others I didn't recognize. Last but not least For Slytherin: I  saw five people that Daphne had talked about in the previous years, my heart skipped a beat when I saw, Adrian Pucey. Yes the one I had bumped into not even half an hour ago.

It was awkward at first but I met with everyone learned a bit about them and made little friendships with them. We all talked about our summers to each other and some other stuff. We got instructions on what to do from the head boy, graham montuage.

'When we arrive at Hogwarts, I want you to lead everyone out of the train, after the feast, take them to the common rooms and dormitories, show them around and tell them the password your head of house's will tell you patrol dates and meetings, Okay that's enough from me for now we have less than an hour left.'

I wasn't really sitting with anyone until, Pucey sat next to me. 'well hello miss pretty prefect' he said flooding a river of butterflies into my stomach. I analyzed him as he did the same with me, until he spoke again, 'so what is this pretty girls name, huh?' He asked with that smile of his, melting me into jelly. I eventually replied with it, obviously stuttering. 'Y/n, y/n bones and you?' I asked him, playing at dumb. 'I'm Adrian Pucey, nice to meet you y/n' he said which I replied to, with 'first names, huh Adrian' it was more like a statement.

We talked for a while, we figured out that we had a lot in common. He was quite smart, I was too. He liked quidditch, I did too, I had seen him play before, but I was only going to tryout this year. He didn't care about your house, neither did I. I didn't care about your blood - status or what your parents did. We both wanted respect and would respect back but if the antonym happened we would disrespect without a tiny bit of shame. There was so much more to learn about each other but we was interrupted with the train stopping at hogsmeade, 'so we have arrived' I thought. Adrian then offered to do this first prefect duty with me, which I accepted with a smile. 'This boy is making me love him even more, all the time.' Rushed through my mind.

You two ended up becoming really good friends.

(Time skip - you were all settled down on your house tables which I sat with some other Hufflepuff girls - on the first day everyone has to sit on there respective table, dumbledore got up to do his 'begging of the year' speech)

As Dumbledore got up to do his, yearly speech I kind of stopped listening. All I heard was ' I am very happy to be holding the Triwizard Tournament at Hogwarts this year!' And then a bunch of young ladies around 16 and 17 came in with their hair done elegantly with a beautiful shade of blue as there uniform. They did some sort of dance / performance. After them came in a swarm of young men around 17 mostly, this time the entrance was very loud and kind of aggressive. The girls of Beuxbatons went to the Ravenclaw table, while the durmstrang boys / men sat on the Slytherin table.

(Small time skip - after dinner)

I went to the first years and did what montuage had told me to do. I showed them the common room, the girls' dormitories- since I can't go into the boys' dormitories -. After having a little rules chat with the first years I went and talked with Susan about how the day had been. When I told her about Adrian, She said she hoped that Cedric would pay her the same amount of attention to her, I kind of felt bad for her. We kept on talking until we were really tired, eventually going to bed.

A/N : Ola guys, I hope you like this chapter and the story so far. I speeded up my writing a bit - it took about 3 hours- , there might be grammar mistakes so don't be afraid to pull out any spelling mistakes. I wouldn't mind comments actually I would like to read some, pls don't be rude. If you don't like me or this story just leave don't even try and make a comment. I'm going to try and post the next chapter as soon as possible. So yeh :)
