I knocked on Wanda's door. "Wanda? Wanda, I know you're in there I just saw you walk in" I said knocking on her door a few more times. ''Who is it?" Wanda asked. "Wanda you know who it is, it's me Y/n" I heard a grunt from the other side of the door. "Wanda isn't here right now," she said, obviously annoyed. "Yes you are, I can hear you" I replied. "Jarvis, tell Y/n that I am not in my room at the moment". Wanda smugly said. I rolled my eyes, and in the next second, the intercom turned on "Miss Y/n, Miss Maximoff is not currently in her room right now, would you like me to get you when she is?" "Shut it, Jarvis," I said. I banged on Wanda's door a few more times. "Wanda just talks to me" it was quiet for a few seconds. "Please" I begged. I'm guessing that Wanda heard how upset my voice sounded and in a few seconds I heard a click as she opened the door. I could see her eyes swollen from crying, and fresh tears running down her cheeks. "Wanda? Wanda, what's wrong?" She looked up at me and motioned for me to come inside her room. "It's nothing Y/n, I promise," she said wiping her tears away. "It's not just nothing if you're crying about it, and locking yourself in your room," I said trying to get her to tell me. "I promise it's nothing, It's just-" before she could finish her sentence, her throat choked up and she began to sob again, I grabbed her pulled her into my arms, and held her tight. Out of response she wrapped her arms around my waist and held me even tighter. "Shh Shh Wanda it's ok," I said stroking her hair as she cried into my neck. I lightly picked her up and sat both of us on her bed, me cradling her head in my lap. "Do you want to talk about it?" I asked once her sobs slowed down. "Not really," she replied. "That's ok, you don't have to tell me", I sympathetically said. I was still stroking her hair and holding her hand, Wanda was laying in my lap and gripping onto my leg as if I was going to leave at any moment. Once she did that, I knew that I wasn't going to leave anytime soon. She ended up falling asleep in my lap, after a few more hours of crying, so I moved her to her bed and covered her up with a blanket. Her eyes were still swollen and there were still visible tear stains on her cheeks and it made me want to kill the person who made her feel this sad. I knew that once she told me why she was so upset, it would take a lot for me not to hurt the person who did this to her. I started to look around her room for a pen and paper to write her a note for her to read when she woke up. I looked around her desk and found a pen, but I still needed a piece of paper. I saw a notebook peeking from under her bed and decided to use it. I picked it up and read the title "Wanda's Diary- do not read". I knew I was going to be ok because I was just going to tear out a blank piece of paper to write my note. But as I flipped to the end, a page with a certain name crossed my eyes. I quietly flipped back to that page reading the name "Y/n". I looked over to Wanda to see her still asleep. I respected Wanda's privacy despite my curiosity and wonder, so I just tore out a blank sheet and put the diary back. I wrote her a note saying that I left some water and a snack next to her bed and that I will be there for her when and if she wants to talk. I left the note on her nightstand and headed towards her door to leave. Before closing the door I looked back one more time at Wanda, really wondering what was in her diary, but I stuck to my will and closed the door retreating down the hallway.
