It had been about 27 hours since I left Wanda's room, and still, there was no sign of her waking up. I had left a few meals at her door, but none were eaten. I wanted to check on her multiple times, but Natasha just told me to give her some space. I respected that, so I did. But, Tony had planned a party and that party was in T-4 hours and us girls wanted to get ready together. With the blessings of Tony, Steve, and a long talk from Bucky, they said that Nick could come to the party. I texted him the details, and he said he would be there around 7. I was beyond excited that Nick would be able to meet my family, plus he is a huge Tony Stark fan. In the meantime, Natasha and I walked up to Wanda's door. We know she was awake because we heard her playing her guitar from outside of the door. "Wanda, it's Y/n and Natasha," I calmly said. "Hey Wands, Tony is throwing a party and we were wondering if you wanted to get ready with us?" Nat said. After a few seconds of waiting, we heard the door click and Wanda opened the door. Natasha and I glanced at each other worriedly as we saw Wanda's appearance. She had a smile on her face, but it was fake. She had large bags under her eyes, and her face was pale because she hadn't eaten anything. We just pulled her in a hug. "What are you guys doing?" she asked. We released her and Nat spoke up. "Hey Wanda how about you have some yogurt and take a nap, and we can come and get you around 5?" "I'm not hungry or tired," she said. I then stood myself in front of Wanda and looked her in the eyes. We were a few inches away from each other and I grabbed her face in my hands. "Wanda please, you need to sleep for a bit and eat something" I could tell she didn't want to but I kept pushing. "Please Wanda, do it for us, do it for me," I said. She stared at me for a moment, and slowly nodded her head. I smiled at her and pulled her back into a hug. Natasha smiled and walked outside of the room. I pulled away from the hug as Wanda got into her bed. I sat next to her bed and spoke to her. "It's 3 o'clock now, so Nat and I will come and get you at 5 so we can get ready for the party". She didn't say anything else so I got up and started to walk away. Before I could get to the door it closed by itself with a red barrier around it. I turned back to Wanda with a "are you serious?" face and she just smiled. "Stay with me please," she said. "That's the only way that I will sleep". With those words, I made my way to the other side of her bed and got under her covers. She laughed as I snuggled close to her and let her nuzzle her way into my chest. "Goodnight Y/n," she said. "Goodnight Wanda" I replied.

I'm not going to lie, laying there was nice, and as Wanda fell asleep, her body relaxed. She looked calm and she looked happy, which made me happy that I stayed. I guess I ended up falling asleep because I woke up to the snap of bright light in my eyes. I opened them slowly only to see Natasha with her phone in her hands. "Good Morning cuties," she said. I realized that Wanda was still sleeping so I shushed Nat quickly. She turned her phone around to show me the picture. "Awe look how cute you two are" I only smiled and laughed at her words. "Haha," I said. "Ok but seriously it's 5 and the party starts in 2 hours, so both of you get up," Nat said, exiting the room to get her dress. I slowly nudged Wanda to try and wake her. "No please 5 more minutes," she said as she snuggled closer to me. "Wanda it's time to get up, we have to get ready for the party," I said laughing slightly. "No Y/n it's ok we can sleep, we don't need to go to the party." She said still sleepy. "Yes, we do, well I do so you need to let go then" I replied. "Y/n what could be so important that you have to go to this party and not stay here with me?" she asked. "Well Wanda, Nick is coming tonight, so I need to look good for him," I said smiling. At those words, Wanda let go of me. She woke up and scooted to the other end of the bed facing me. "Oh," she said. "Come on Wanda let's get ready," I said, getting out of bed. She slowly sighed but then got up.
