As a youth, for you to be among the celebrities we admire "you must try to make reading part of you". It is through book reading we get informed, we know what is going on presently and we know how

things should be done. It is through a book we enjoy intercourse with superiors, great men and women talk to us, give us their best advice, thoughts and the impact something good in us.

When reading books, we can develop our skills(acquisition), get informed, and acquire knowledge that can lift us to a greater height and place we never expected to be. The kind of books you read determines who you are and will become. Is not every book you see you read as a growing youth. At times the book we read influence us negatively. In some cases, some people always have this mentality that is only students and scholars that read which is never right. Is not only students that read.

We can see people that are leaders in a country like the president, the governors, and people of high position. Not only that, even our writers today, read books, they are educated and today they are goal getters. A goal-setter must be a goal-getter. There is no success without sacrifice. Education is the best and most important thing one can achieve in life. As humans we learn every day, we don't know everything. Nobody knows everything. As a student, it is not everything you learn in school but by reading we can also get informed and know the unknown. This is a part of self-development.

Reading every day helps you in self-development, self-improvement, and self-study. As youth make reading part of you. Readers are leaders, yes because they read and get informed of what it takes to be a leader. Always make out time to read. As a student you don't fold your hands and expect manner to fall from above you will not reach your target at all. You should read to help yourself, so you can get your aim in the educational aspect.

The more you read the more you know. Every successful road has been taken by someone who carefully penned it down.

· VOCABULARY EXPANSION: Reading expands your vocabulary. It helps you add to the ones you know. You know more when you read. This is a knowledge of words and their meaning.
