Its Christmas

It's finally Christmas at the Prior household and Christmas has always been my favorite holiday.

We were planning on having dinner at our house but the other day Toby came over and invited us all over to his house for Christmas Day and mom couldn't resist.

Yesterday for Christmas Eve we took a drive down to Rockford Illinois to spend the holiday with family. The drive was almost two hours but Caleb and I managed to keep busy so we weren't butting heads with each other.

Christmas Day is the only day in the year that i'm a morning person and every year Caleb and I wake up bright and early and then wake up our parents and go downstairs to open presents.

This year I didn't ask for much but my parent got me a rose gold key necklace and a new Apple computer because the one I have hasn't been working well lately.

Caleb also got a new computer and this new software thing he wanted. My dad got my mom jewelry and some sketch books since she had the idea to start and fashion line. Then my mom got my dad a new camera and then a new coat.

Then after we open presents my mom went to make breakfast and she made pancakes and eggs and then we ate and got ready to go to Toby's.

I started off with my makeup. The eye look I did I found online which is a light shimmy color on my lid then winged eyeliner and then a darker black-ish- grey in the crease. Then I topped it off with mascara and then put on some foundation, powder, a coral blush and a pinkish coral lipstick.

Then I went over my curls and then picked out a long sleeve red skater dress, a pair of black and white marbled lace trimmed socks, and a pair of black Dr.Martins. I then put that on and put on the key necklace my parents got me, my tennis bracelet and the red heart ring my grandmother gave me.

I then grabbed Toby's present and put on my light blue jean jacket and red beanie. Then before I headed downstairs I un-plugged my phone with my Christmas case with a quote from the movie elf and then headed down the stairs and then out the door to walk over to Toby's.

We just got down eating lunch that Marcus said he cooked but I was the only one that didn't buy it because I know that Toby is the one that always cooks.

So we then go into their living room and my mom and dad gave Marcus a bag full of things for around the house and a bottle of some drink they love from Paris.

Then my parents gave Toby some decals for his motorcycle and a a $75 visa gift card. Then Marcus gave Caleb and I both $50 visa gift cards. He then gave my parents a bottle of wine and then a small luggage set for traveling.

Then when everyone's done opening presents my mom asks me

"Beatrice aren't your going to give Tobias his gift you got him?"

"we decided to give each other our gifts later." I tell her.

After a while Marcus says "Why don't you kids go upstairs and we'll call you down for desert".

With that Toby, Caleb and I head up stairs but Caleb stops at the guest bedroom and says "I'll leave you too alone."

Toby then takes my hand and leads me to his room and be lie down on his bed and start to watch and movie cuddling.

Half way threw the movie I ask Toby "can I give you your present now?"

"Sure but then I'm giving you yours" he says and grabs my gift while I grab his.

I give him his gift and he opens the box first that has a silver watch in it and then a new bottle of cologne.

" I love then thanks Tris" he says to me and gives me a quick kiss. He then takes a box from behind him and when I in wrap it it reveals a couples sweat shirts that mine is pink of the shoulder that has a bow that says beauty and Toby's is a black hoodie that says beast with a picture of weights.

Then a smaller box falls out revealing a silver locket pendent that has "I love you" in graved on it.

"I love you too" I tell him and I lean in to kiss him and he starts kissing back and soon gets heated with us making out on his bed.

As the kiss gets more intense Toby is on top of me and his hand starts to run up my leg and I don't pull away. Lately I haven't been pulling away and ever since the ball and actually before that we've been super close and very happy and in love. Yes in love, I know we've said I love you and not in love but I know what I feel.

But soon our moment dies when we hear our parents calling us down to desert.

We brought over an apple pie and Toby takes out the whipped cream and then a box of cookies from the bakery down the street.

Once we finish eating desert Toby and I offer to clean the dishes and he washed and I dry.

When we finish its starts to get late so my mom tells me to grab all my things and jacket.

I then head back up to Toby's room and grab the box he gave me with the sweatshirt in it and head down stairs.

When I get down stairs I put my beanie back on and say "thank you for having us" and Marcus says

"It was a pleasure goodnight".

Then my mother says "see you again soon"

And then I turn around and give Toby one last kiss before we leave.

Once were home and I'm ready for bed
I quickly check my phone to see and voicemail from Toby. I open it and it says "Merry Christmas babe I love you goodnight". I then text him and say "love you too goodnight".

After I send the message I start to feel my eyes start to close and hear from my door Merry Christmas Beatrice and I smile immediately knowing it's my parents and fall asleep that night with a smile spread across my face.
