AMANDA WALLER PRESENTED HER TASK FORCE X PROJECT AS SHE SLAMMED A WHITE BINDER ONTO THE TABLE. Flipping the binder's pages she turns it around to show the face of what appears to be an innocent twenty two year old with dark hair.

"Lourdes Keen, aka La Flèche." Amanda Waller was fascinated by the young killer more than she was scared of her. The girl had a story that was different from the others

"She's young." One of the men at the table pointed out. They had only seen the killer wearing a purple mask that covered her eyes, and now they see her as her true identity. When Amanda Waller found out about the girl and her background she made sure to keep her identity a secret from the world. She believed the girl was far from a serial killer and deserved a second chance, but she was wanted to use her for Task Force X beforehand.

"What did she do exactly?" The other man asked as he sipped his bottle of wine.

"She wanted vengeance. Boyfriend dead, father dead, her mother was working with those behind Superman's death. She didn't care who she hurt in the way, and when Lourdes found out who her mother was working with she went crazy. She went even crazier that night when she found out her mother had killed her boyfriend as collateral."

"And the mother, is she still alive?" The man had asked. Amanda Waller was under the impression that she meeting with informed people, but here she sat explaining them things that she should have known in advance.

"No. She killed her mother that night along with other people who were involved on her mother's team. What she also didn't know was that her mother had framed her for the murder of all the citizens she had killed as collateral. When the police came and saw the girl with her weapon and her mother on the floor well, they figured it had to be true." There was a wave of silence before Amanda grabbed the binder to face her now.

"So she's not a villain by choice? Why include her in this mission?" It was foolish for the two men to not think that there was an obvious reason or motive for Waller wanting to bring in the young antihero for her project.

"Well, for starters she's in a jail for something she didn't do so I'm assuming she wants revenge for that or at least a second chance to continue her life that she left behind a year ago. But most importantly, think of it as personal project for me. I want to help her, and I think she can help me in return by working for me. This girl lost the love of her life, I'm pretty sure if I gave her the chance to kill the people who helped her mother do that she would take it without hesitation. She didn't kill them all that night." Amanda Waller examined the men in front of her. They exchanged looks at one another and then at Waller insisting for her to continue her presentation on the Task Force X project.

"You really think all these people are going to jump on board for this?" One of the man asked Waller. She crossed her hands and leaned onto the table before looking at him.

"Believe me, getting people to act against their own self-interest for the national security of the United States is what I do for a living. You take the finest special forces officer this nation as ever produced, Rick Flag. I have complete control over him and that's enough to get every single one of those villains and antihero's on board because fortunately for us, they have nothing else to live for."

And just like that, Amanda Waller had sealed the deal on Task Force X.
