Let's Swim!

It was magical! Like a Disney movie!
I leaned out and opened the door. But Lucas and I couldn't stop smiling and blushing!

Maya's POV
This meant Josh and I had to kiss!
They left the room but we didn't kiss. We just sat there.

Riley woke me up early to go hiking with the family, Farkle, Smackle, and Lucas.

Cory drove us all except Alan Amy and Auggie to a camping and hiking spot. "Ok, pick a partner to explore with and then-" Cory got cut off by Riley. "I pick Maya!" We linked arms and smiled. Cory just gave up and grabbed Topanga.
"Actually Riley, I was thinking we could be partners!" Lucas said and smiled. Riley looked at me nervously but I nodded and she went with him. Farkle chose Smackle and again I was with Josh! This must mean something! Kissing but not actually kissing in spin the bottle, him calling me beautiful, now this. It must be destiny.
We split up. Josh and I walked for 20 minutes with out saying a word. "Look a lake!" Josh finally said and pointed. We ran over and stopped. We sat on a bench near the water and talked. "So um, are you dating anyone?" He asked. When he turned to me his shoulder brushed mine. It sent chills down my spine. "Well uh..." I started. "Are you?" He shouted in a sarcastic way. He laughed and stood up. "Never mind that! Let's swim!" I shook my head. Swim in a lake in the middle of nowhere? Who does that? Which is what I was going to say until he dove in!
He didn't come up. I got up and bent over the lake but I couldn't see him.
"Maya help me out!" He came up and shouted. I reached out my hand but he pulled back, which dragged me in.
I came up and obviously I was mad. He smiled. "Oops!" Josh didn't seem sorry. I splashed him and he splashed me back. We did this for like ten minutes. He stopped and we started talking again. "So anyway are you single?" Josh wasn't gonna let it go. "Yes, I'm single! Are you happy now?!?!?" I yell-spoke. "Yes I am. In fact I'm very happy!" He began. "Because if I would've known that, I would've kissed you during spin the bottle." I blushed so hard but I stopped myself. Riley would kill me. "Well you missed your chance!" I said hoping he'd back off but it got worse. (yet better for me)
"Yeah your right! It was a game. It wouldn't have mean't anything. Which is the other reason why I didn't kiss you." He grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Making it mean something." He kissed me softly and I tried not to care. That didn't work because I liked it! I pulled away. "Gross!" I lied. "Oh really? Because I'm pretty sure you kissed back! Or was I dreaming?" I rolled my eyes. "Alright Maya, quit lying to me! I know you like me! I also know you're doing this for riley but I will have you know she set us up!" I tried not to believe him. "Us? There is no us!" I said. "I will make you a deal. If you hang out with me for a while and you don't have fun then I will leave you alone. But if you have fun then I decide." We shook hands and hung out. I had to admit, I had fun! After an hour he asked me if I had fun. "Josh... You were right and you've always been. I had fun. But what about Riley? And your family? What will they think?"
