Dictator Sonic

Chapter II, Flashback

The Gang we're all busy putting out the fire and helping the injured. After what had to be 10 minutes, the Bombing stopped. The team looked over the horizon to see all the Planes flying to the East.

The team couldn't figure out what in the world happened...

Tails: "I don't think Eggman would ever launch such an aggressive attack... And we have never seen such technology! Those planes have guns on all sides!"

Sticks: "I KNEW IT! THE ROBOT APOCALYPSE IS REAL!!"

Amy: "Calm down sticks! It's just a bunch of bombing..."

Tails: "Guys! Someone just sent a video message to me!"

Gang: "Who?"

Tails: "well... It says it comes from... Uhh... It's Unknown!"

Knuckles: "How about we take a look?"

Tails then played the video. The video showed an empty room. Only concrete walls and no windows. There was one desk and a chair and a lamp on the desk. It looks like an interrogation room or something... Then after 6 seconds, there came a familiar... Blue... Hedgehog?... The Hedgehog sat down on the chair and looked at the camera with a calm face with no other expression. All you can see is him smiling a bit, which makes him a little scary... The Hedgehog then turned out to be none other than... Sonic...

Sonic "Ahh. Good evening comrades! It has been a while ever since I left! It appears that your stupid village has been bombed. And you might think this is Eggman's Work? Well... No... I was the one who did the bombing. Your village will pay. And you comrades too. I will give you 7 days to prepare for the invasion" Sonic smiled and the video cut off.

Sonic was in his office reading Erwin Rommel's Strategy book. He still had a lot to do before the invasion. Beside him, he had more strategy books from various generals. he had Georgy Zhukov, George S. Patton's book, and more. Sonic was reading and studying when he noticed something on his desk. It looked like a wooden-shaped gun... Sonic examines it. He had no idea this thing would appear on his desk. Sonic then saw something written on the handle of the gun. It read "Jules Hedgehog" sonic stared in disbelief. He now recognized this wood gun. Sonic then shed a tear and began to go back to his past...

Flashback to Sonic's Childhood

Sonic lived in a town known as "Stalingrad" when sonic was born, he only got to stay with his father for only 8 years when The Great Patriotic War broke out... Sonic's father was sent to the frontlines somewhere near Poland. All sonic remembered was his dad leaving on a train with other soldiers.

Sonic "Dad! When will you come back?"
Sonic asked as the train was beginning to leave.

Sonic's dad "I don't know son. But I promise I will come back when the war is over! I promise!"

And the was the last time Sonic saw his dad. In the station, sonic watched as the train puff away until he couldn't see it anymore.

After a few months. The news came that Sonic's father died in battle... He was captured and died in a concentration camp in Germany. Sonic was very sad after the news. He never hangs out with friends. He never talked much. He sat in his room for days thinking about his father. Sonic's Mother was getting worried for her Son. She tried to make him happy but failed.

Sonic was now getting bored. He decided to take a walk outside of his home, which his mother gladly let him go out for some fresh air.
Sonic was walking and looking at the clear blue sky. He then saw black some blackbirds in the sky. But something was off about those birds... The wings weren't even flapping, and they were making strange noises... Sonic saw one of the birds Flying down with a very scary noise. It came bigger and bigger as it came close. Sonic realized this blackbird wasn't even a bird, it was a plane... Sonic saw something dropped from the plane and knew was going to happen. He dodged for cover as an explosion destroyed a building a few yards away. Sonic then dashed with his speed back to his House as more planes came diving and dropping bombs on the city.

Sonic: "MOM! The Germans Are Bombing Us!"

Sonic's mother: "Quick! Get to the bunker!"

The two ran towards the bunker which was somewhere in the city. Sonic saw soldiers running here and there, Some were manning AA guns (Anti Aircraft Gun) to shoot down the diving bomber planes. A bomb exploded not far from his Sonic and his Mother. Dust and debris came down on them and they quickly got up and continued.

The two, while running, heard men shouting and tanks moving. Sonic turned his head around to see men with black uniforms... They were the germans... Went the two got into the bunker, it was already crowded.

Meanwhile, on top of them, the Germans storm the city with their Infantry and Tanks. The Soviets held their defenses for long as they can but there were too many germans...

Sonic's mother knew that they will be captured and executed for sure. She told Sonic,

Sonic's Mother: "Go to the Volga River! You will find a boat there! It will take you far from here!"

Sonic: "But aren't you coming Mom?"

Sonic's mother: "It's ok Sonic! Just go! You will be safe! And take this!"

Sonic's mother gave him a wooden gun. Which had something written on it.

Sonic's mother: "Your father made this. To remember us when we leave..."

She gave the wooden gun to Sonic and Hugged him. Sonic cried, but there was no time to be sad because the Germans are coming nearer and nearer.

Sonic ran up upstairs and looked back down. Sonic's mother smiled and waved goodbye. Sonic smiled back and wave too. And then dashed to the Volga river. Sonic knew the Docks very well. As he ran, sonic saw lots of men wounded, some buildings were on fire. Many soldiers ran in different directions.

When sonic got to the docks, the boat was already leaving. He tried to jump onto the boat but the boat was moving fast and he would fall into the water. But luckily, some passengers caught Sonic's arm. And pulled him onto the boat.

Sonic looked at his home. All he could see was explosions in all directions... He hoped his mother would be ok.
Sonic never knew where this boat was taking them. He didn't ask the crew because he was scared of talking to strangers.

It was morning. Sonic woke up to see the boat had already docked somewhere in... Whatever this place is... He looked around and jumped off the boat. Sonic saw a sign saying "Welcome to Bygone Island!"

End of Flashback

Sonic was now crying on his desk. He missed his mother. His only family. Sonic clutched the wooden gun and remembered the past happy times he spent with his family.

???: "Sir? Sir! Hello?'

There was a knock on the door. Sonic went to open it and saw that it was his general staff "James Connor".

Sonic: "Yes General?"

Connor: "It's already 11:00 At night sir. You should get some rest. Also... Why are there tears in your eyes? We're you crying?"

Sonic: "No. Something just got into my eyes and I just rubbed them too much hehe.."

Connor: "Ok then. You should get some rest sir"

Sonic then got out of his office and went to his new home. It was the most protected house ever. Guards patrol the house 24/7. Barbed wire fences surround the house. There were security cameras at every corner, not only that, the house itself has a wall 152 millimeters Thick. Made entirely out of Cement and iron.

Sonic then got into his bedroom and went to bed.
