23 November, 1928

The emitting spectrum refined through the window glasses, directly falling onto the jovial materials. Two Alta-laden feet adorned with jingling anklets spiked the silent classrooms of
'The Oak Leaf School'

The School bell rang with the hollers of children. Apprehensively, a tiny married woman-- cladded in Yellow Banarasi Saree, held the hand of the mature figure next to her. Amidst of folks, who peered at them as a foreign couple, he held her hand firmly before stepping into The Principal's cabin.

"Hey, you Gadheda (Idiot)! Go back!" The Principal yelled as soon as they entered.

A frown appeared on Anirudh's forehead as he gazed down at his little eleven-year-old wife, Bondita. She was sooner to be a student of this school after the finishing of her admission process.

"What?" Anirudh mumbled.
"Oh, Anirudh Dikra... Sorry! I thought some immature people came", The Principal corrected, "Have a sit!".

Gazing into the cavernous room, she slowly tiptoed beside her Patibabu. The Principal stared at Bondita, already pissed. He took out a form from his file handing it to Anirudh.

"Sir, is there any problem? It's been already two days since she submitted her admission form. And we haven't received any response." Anirudh politely said.

"Yes, for that only I have called you.
See! What she has done?" The Principal complained.

"W-What happened, Sir?" He nervously asked. "Did she make any mistake in her formfilling?" He looked at her, who peered at him with hopeful expressions.

"What else... take it and check yourself", Sir passed the form to Anirudh.

"Everything seems perfect" Anirudh murmured underneath his throat whilst checking the form.

Meanwhile, not having a concern about forms, Bondita began touching the things on the table enthusiastically.
"Wow... this room is very synonymous with my Patibabu's study. Last time I was asked to leave too quickly, because of Insane Batuk. But today I can look around peacefully", she grinned.

"Name_ Bondita Roy Choudhary, Correct", he smiled reading her name.
He always feels so good to read her name. He feels so proud of her success. The way she passed her aptitude test and soon is going to be the first school-going girl of Tulsipur was making him overwhelmed. In the pace of time, she has become the embodiment of his notions.

"Will anyone come here if I press this Ghanti? You know, in my Patibabu's study... we have the same Bell. But no one comes except Bharibabu whenever he presses it", She expressed with her puppy eyes.

"Bondita! Keep quiet. Go there and stand", Anirudh shrieked.

The Principal shook his head while placing his hand on his forehead.
"Oh God! I don't understand how am I going to handle this Pandora package. In my whole career, I never met anyone, who is this much tyrant".

Looking at both of them, Bondita lightly pressed the call bell, before walking to the corner.

"Ji Saabzi... you called me?", Girdhari-- the staff asked as he opened the door. He had a Parsi tongue.

The principal smacked his own head.
"Girdhari! Saabzi means Vegetable. Do I look like a vegetable to you? How many times do I have to correct you? Call me 'SAHABJI' or simply 'SIR' ", Principal yelled.

"Gandhari! Oh yes, she was the mother of Duryodhan and wife of Dritrashtra in Mahabharata. My Kakasasurji taught me this ", she said with a pride grin.
