The night looked unusually beautiful, the alpha thought. Stars sparkling in the velvet dark sky seemed like gems thrown over a black carpet. And just like that the alpha continued to stare at the enchanting beauty with a burning stick strangled between his long fingers.

He diverted his dark gaze down to his phone which was placed on the concrete railings when it lighted with an incoming call. The unsaved number was so familiar to him considering the number of times he received calls from it.

He watched as it glowed some more time before turning off completely. Standing in the roof top his exceptionally tall company building, his darkened gaze went back to the night sky once again. The stary night remembered him of someone else innocent doe eyes.

He smoked again, leaning on the concrete railings as he let his mind wander around the small omega's delicate features. His silky brown locks, natural pouty lips which matched with his pink coloured cubby cheeks, the bunny teeths, cute button nose and finally his large doe eyes which had nothing but love. The little omega never failed to look defendless around his mate, his head barely reaching the tall alpha's broad shoulders.

A smile crept over his face unknowingly but it soon vanished when a message popped on his phone.

Meet me at xxx restaurant tomorrow at noon.

" okeyy bye, i will try to drop here some other time" jungkook hugged sister Mary basking on her musk scent as much as he can.

" please be safe on your way dear" Mary, patted his cheeks planting a small kiss in process. " and next time when you come, bring your mate too" she smiled.

" i am not gonna promise you that, but i will try"

" fine then. Always remember you are the God's favourite son, no matter what happens he will find you a way. Stay strong baby, i know you are strong, you always were"

" okay? " jungkook chuckled and nodded with a confused face that its the first time Mary saying these things to him.

" It is so sad that sister Ella couldn't meet you. She missed you a lot"

" yeah i am sorry, i was kinda busy with exams and all. Actually I came here with the hope of seeing you all, but never thought she would be out for prayers" jungkook said pouting a little.

" it's fine, just come some other day then" Mary smiled assuringly.

" sure, i will be going then, please take care of yourself" jungkook hugged the omega once again and turned around to walk.

As he strolled down through the front yard which had flowers as fences on both side, he couldn't believe he used to live here, it was his first ever home. The plants that he once soiled, the flowers that he watered, the potato farm in the backyard, their bathhouse, prayer room everything felt so alienated to him. Seeing how new faces occupied the things that he once used, he suddenly felt out of place.

Many familiar kids that he used to visit are no longer here, instead he saw some new little chubbies with red cheeks looking at him in wonder. He felt so sad seeing them, how could someone even abandon those faces. Being the one who had already got to experience their place, he know those innocent smiles are gonna wash away once they reach an age to understand they were all souls that are rejected by their family. The family that should be loving and protecting them.

Looking back at the orphanage while closing the large rusty gate, jungkook's heart sunk in sadness. Where did they exactly gone wrong to get a fate like this? Aren't their souls worthy of happiness? Jungkook could see himself in each one of those eyes staring out through the creaks of curtained windows with unending hopes and hopelessness in their eyes.

Jungkook walked with skow steps which matched his hazy mind. The sufferings that he had to face inorder to reach the place where he is now. The memories of sleepless nights that he had to spent either studying or working. He never had a permenant companion, all left at different phases. Not that he is disappointed in them, but it was a brute realisation that none of them were his.

But now things have changed, he is not alone anymore. Finally he met someone who is truly his, and his only. Now he can built a permanent family with him, he can provide everything he lacked to his pups. He swore his life that he will love all of them unconditionally, will never let them feel alone.

He smiled at the thought, a contented sigh leaving his rosy lips. He have to wait a bit more and everything will happen just like he wanted. He fetched his phone which had the list of missed calls unattended by his alpha and the loads of unseen messages.

" you better give me a good explanation for all these taehyung" he mumbled looking down at the screen.

Jungkook startled a bit when a car horn heard right next to his ear. He turned around swiftly, glaring in process when he saw who it is.

" yaahh jimin hyung, it was near to give me an attack you know "

" sorry, but i called you many times. You were the one not listening to me" jimin said as he got out from the car

" you called me? "

" yeah, like fifty times"

" i wont believe that" jungkook frowned being doubtful of the alpha " whatever, why are you here though? I thought you were busy"

" yeah i had to meet one of my friend and it some how ended up earlier than i expected " jimin said and jungkook nodded. " come let me drop you then"

" sure"

Both of them got inside the car and jimin drove to their destination. Jungkook changed between the songs because he couldn't find a perfect one. The alpha smiled at him, ruffling his hair in processes.

" hyungggg " the omega whined, slapping his hands away. Jimin laughed at him, messing his hair more and more. When they stopped at a signal, jungkook grabbed jimin's hair as a revenge and started to mess it.

But Jimin was quick to grab the omega's small hands in his and pulled him abruptly. Jungkook who wasn't expecting that gasped and crashed onto jimin with their face inches away. He blushed in embarrassment feeling the alpha's hot breath over his lips and gulped seeing jimin's intense stare down on him.

He pulled away hastily looking everywhere but the alpha. Jimin cursed under his breath when the memory of his actions dawn upon him. If jungkook hadn't pulled away he would have definitely done something stupid.

Jungkook patted his lap with trembling hands, so uncomfortable with the current situation. His doe eyes racked around the street mindlessly as an act to avoid the alpha next to him. But it got immediately stuck somewhere else, or on someone else walking out from a restaurant.

Jungkook leaned forward looking directly at the alpha who had a woman trailing just behind him. The alpha halted his steps when the lady said something and turned around to face her. Were they arguing? Jungkook couldn't understand anything.

Jimin noticed the omega's sudden change in behavior and followed his gaze.

" Kim taehyung? "

Jungkook turned around to look at jimin as he just got slapped. But Jimin's eyes where fixed on the alpha.

" you know him? " jungkook asked in surprise.

"Of course i know him"
