The next morning jungkook woke up alone in the bed of his mate. He blinked his eyes at the bright light sweeping inside the room even with the curtains closed and pulled himself out of the blankets. The silence around the apartment revealed that the alpha isn't there.

He yawned, stretching his arms feeling the tiredness which was still lingering on his body . As he tilted his head, he spotted a glass of water and some pills placed on the night stand, near the bed. The omega took his time and reached out to pick the pill and gulp it down.

Even though Taehyung cleaned both of them last night, the omega felt his body dirty, slightly sticky. He walked over to the bathroom only gasps at how spacious and luxurious it looked. It's was just a bathroom but better than his own whole apartment.

Taking everything into his curious eyes, Jungkook moved towards the shower place and pulled his tshirt over head. It was only thing he had on his body. He reached out to turn the handle, and that's when his doe eyes catched a sparkling ring on his fourth finger.

He halted, not remembering his fingers having a ring beforehand, that too when it looked so expensive. He observed the ring and doubted whether they were actual diamonds, it's the first time he is seeing one.

There only one conclusion, that his alpha gave him this.
" But when did he gave it to me?"

He tried to recall the late night events but there was nothing about the ring. But he remembered the alpha asking about the necklace, ofcourse Taehyung noticed the boy's bare neck.

Even though Taehyung didn't utter a word about the broken necklace, Jungkook knows that the alpha was disappointed. So Taehyung must have gave it to compensate the other.

Suddenly the omega's face heated, burning into red and tummy tickled with a lot of butterflies. He tried his best to bite back a shy smile that was threatening to break free and shook his head proceed to bathing.

After shower Jungkook went for breakfast and to his surprise it was already there, prepared on the dining table. He noticed a sticky note being placed on the lid and pick out to read it.

I will meet you at your apartment in evening .

"Is it a call for me to get out from this place?"

After breakfast jungkook got out from the penthouse at 11. He took a bus to his place and walked to his apartment. The sun had it's brightest rays upon his body and jungkook instantly felt tired under it. His eyes craved for a good sleep, threatening to shut close at any time.

But the younger's body stilled seeing an unfamiliar figure in front of his apartment door probably waiting for him. As he got close, his heart beat raised threatening them to fall out of his chest. It was yoona.

When Yoona noticed jungkook's presence she turned to look at him, eyes travelling from head to toe as she was inspecting. Jungkook felt conscious at her gaze, he felt naked even when he is covered with his alpha's clothes.

She must have noticed the scent that was reeking out of the boy, she looked clearly annoyed. Nevertheless she smiled, but it wasn't enough to cover her hatred for the boy.

" Jungkookshi, right? "

"Y-yeah "

" Jimin hyung is right, you look more beautiful in person." She smiled. " sorry I forgot to introduce myself, I am Yoona, Kim Taehyung's fiance"

Jungkook nodded his head, fetching out his keys and proceeded to open the door.

" I have been waiting for you like an hour or more now. " she complained while getting inside with the boy.
