Ive found my way to a corner and continued to realize just how much the sobs were racking my body. I pulled out a velvet box with golden lining, observing it in my hand before thinking of Chris again and crying," oh god, Chris!"
A doctor knelt down next to me and asked me, "Sir, are you okay?" Another came and grabbed my arms, pulling me up from my spot while I threw myself around like a three year old, yelling," No. No! Get off! Get! Off!"

I sat in the waiting room. I've been here for three hours and the tears dried onto my cheeks were clearly visible.
A doctor with a clipboard approached me. I didn't feel like looking up to see who it was. Despite me not paying attention, he proceeded to ask, "May I have your relation with the patient?" I hesitantly looked up, my eyes were red from the crying, so he had a look of pity on his face.
"Boyfriend", My voice shook as I answered. He scribbled something down on his paper. My lip quivered, as if i were going to cry again.
"Would you like to see her?" I looked at the white wall once again before getting up. I followed him to room 317 as before. As I walked in, I felt a single tear slip down my face.
I turned in and watched as my beautiful, alive, Chris shot up, nearly knocking down the machine she was hooked to. The nurse helped her. She was the the same one from before. From when I drove Chris here because her cuts were getting worse.
Nurse Morrison.
I gave Chris a long, Passionate kiss, something I should give her more often. "May I take her outside, in the garden?" Nurse Morrison nodded and commented, "she should be out by Monday." I smiled, nodded and took Chris's hand, leading her to the garden. Nurse Morrison took out all of the needles that connected her to the machine because Chris insisted that she felt fine.
I breathed a long breath before walking in front of Chris, stopping her in her tracks.
"I expected this to be somewhere else, but I cant wait any longer. So here it goes." I took another long breath and noticed Chris's confused face.
" I love you. Three words that can never explain more about how I feel about you. And I cant say them enough." I reached for her hand and held it while glancing down at her cuts. " You and I have problems, but we work through them." I knelt down, while digging in my pocket with my free hand, pulling out the box once again.
I opened it, revealing a beautiful silver ring with two blue diamonds and a green one in between. clear diamonds all around them. incrusted on the inside was 'Never'
She was crying now. "Chris Lee Williams" I started, noticing the crowd with Nurse Morrison in the middle, holding her hand to her heart. "Marry me."
