Sitting on top of the clock tower again the grisha girl found herself watching the night sky, the dark clouds moving and once in a while it revealed the stars letting them shine done on the city.  Jacklyn doesn't know why she liked this spot in Ketterdamn, maybe it was the view of the city or the sky without buildings in the way, or maybe it was the way she was able to look down upon the people milling in the  streets. Jacklyn loved to watch the people but never be seen, she has lived in the shadows long enough to grow accustom to the feeling of hiding her identity.

If anyone found out who she really was the little Palace would be informed right away, and if they ever knew she was still alive he would come for her head. Jacklyn knew that he would stop at nothing to make sure she was dead, the fact that he wouldn't find her body is probably driving him mad. That thought brought a small smirk to the black haired girls pale lips, her multi colored eyes shined mischievously as she thought about his frustration.

Her smirk slowly dropped as she continued to watch the people below, she could hear the small chatter from multiple groups, along with them she could hear whispers of a girl in the black generals hold. The grisha girls eyes widen at the new information, there was another girl with unimaginable power being guided to her own imprisonment, to be used like a simple pawn in someone else's plan. Jacklyn hated two things most in this cruel world, using people for your own gain, and anyone who touches her friends and family. She promised herself that she would stop this from happening again, and she always keeps her word.

With a determined look in her eyes she began to climb down from the tower made of the rust colored bricks, she could hear the chatter around her as she stepped onto the cobblestone streets. The grisha girl started to walk towards the cabin the she knew would be empty, Tulin would be wondering the city looking for something exciting to do probably. Jacklyn could hear the tapping of a cane somewhere within the crowded streets, but when she raised her eyes from the ground she caught the sight of two dime lions watching her from a nearby alley.

They know! Her mind screamed at her to run, her gut told her something bad was going to happen. I knew I should have killed him. Jacklyn thought with a frown as she pointed her gaze back to the ground, but she continued to listen to everything and everyone around her. Once she focused enough she could listen to their conversation as she walked away from the alley they stood in. "Are you sure that's her?" The large male spoke beside the blonde male that had bandages wrapping one of his ears. "Yes she is wearing the same blue scarf." The blonde man spoke with slight hesitance, he was scared of the person beside him that much she knew.

"She looks small." The taller man said with a dark chuckle, Jacklyn glanced back at the alley looking at the taller man. She recognized him, no wonder the shorter man was scared of him. The one man that has ruined many lives in this damned city, Pekka Rollins. A man that enjoys making others miserable and makes games out of peoples trouble. A bowler hat sat atop his Greasy graying hair, a smirk played along his slightly wrinkled face, his eyes held an evil glint that she has only seen more then one time.

Jacklyn has seen it before in so many other men, the want for power, and they will do anything to get it. She has met men bigger and more powerful then Rollins, and to say she was intimidated would be a lie. He was the type of man to enjoy fear and misery, but she will never let him have the satisfaction. The black haired girl continued down the cobblestone street listening to the people that crowded around her, the lights from the buildings that lined the streets lit up the area.

"She helped the boy." The blonde man continued to report to the taller man, Jacklyn slowed her quick pace as she listened in on the conversation. "Where is the boy now?" Rollins asked his henchman harshly, the black haired girl turned a corner now out of sight of the two and leaned against the wall as she listened. "W-We followed them t-to an old cabin at t-the edge of the city." He stuttered out to the older man, Jacklyn could hear the fear making his voice crack. "Let's go pay him a visit." Rollins said while walking further in to the alley with the dime lion dragging his feet behind him. "The group you sent out sh-should be there already." The blonde dime lion spoke with hesitation, the comment made the cloaked girls multi colored eyes widen
