~Chapter 8~

Armin POV

As I wake up, seeming that I was on lola lap and her still asleep. I looked over my surroundings.

We were in some kind of.........barn??? To my right there was eren and mikasa sleeping. Standing up, a hand grabbed my hand.

"Where you going??"

"I'm going to find my grandfather"

"I'll go with you"

"No. You need to rest"

"I had plenty. Now lead the way please"

"Alright"

~Few minutes later~

Lola POV

"Eren!! Mikasa!!"

We had a few pieces of bread left, in which of course we are gonna share with our friends.

"Here's one for you and you mikasa"

"Thanks armin. Thanks lola"

"No problem"

I smiled. It feels great having some friends.

"Tch. We should of let them close the gates so more could of die. Wasting our precious food"

Eren got pissed off and went over to the soldier and kicked him.

"You never saw a titan!! You don't know what it feels to lose your home and family! So I suggest that you quit your auttuide!"

"You little brat"

He raise a fist and was about to strike. But before it made contact to his face, I grabbed hold of his hand and flipped him over.

"If I was you, I would keep my mouth shut. Do your job unless you want some more trouble."

"And who the hell do you think you are!! Telling me what to do!!"

"Saids the one, who was flipped by a little girl"

With that I shut him up. I walked away and grabbed eren arm.

"Wow lola you were amazing!!"

"Next time don't get in trouble. I won't always be there to defend you"

"Alright"

"Oh yeah tell us why you have wings"

"Wings???"

Armin looked at me confused. he looked like a lost puppy.

"I'll tell you in the barn"

"Alright"

As armin handed them the bread, eren all of the suddenly snapped.

"I don't need this!!!"

"But eren if you don't eat you'll starve to death!"

"I don't need help I'll return to wall maria and fight!"

"But you can't do anything just yet!!"

"So your not gonna do anything?? Fine. Live here, hiding behind the walls like live stock. You wimp!!!"

With that I got furious. But mikasa did that just for that. She punched eren, and he landed on the floor.

I took a step forward towards him, glaring.

"You don't need help then go ahead!! But how you gonna defeat the titans?? With your bare hands?? If you wanna fight you need blades and gear! You think you can controlled the gear easily?!! With one push of a button?? No you can't!! So if you wanna drive them to extinction then stay alive."

I grabbed the bread from armin hand and put it in his mouth.

"For now be thankful that you receiving help in order to live. Now eat. I know mikasa won't let you starve to death and either do I !"

As he ate the whole bread he looked down, tears streaming.

"I'm sorry armin"

"It okay. You were just upset that's all"

I stood next to mikasa, she smiled at me.

"That was a nice speech. It made eren go back to his senses "

I smiled.

"I'm glad you punched him. It kinda made him go to his senses too"

I smiled and she smiled back. Her eyes seem to light up with awe at me. I don't know why, but I felt pride.

But for now the hard stuff will be telling them about my pass.

Such joy. I rolled my eyes

Time to remember the awful memories.
