Its 26 March and today I finally received a letter from Hogwarts school for Witchcraft and Wizardry and I am so thrilled for my magical life to begin, tomorrow dad, Cedric my brother, and I would be going to Diagon Alley to buy my school stuff and I am so glad that I will be joining Hogwarts yeaaaaa!! "Y/N we are getting late and if you take a minute more we are going to leave you "said Cedric "Don't listen to your brother honey take your time but do things fast!" "Yes, dad just a second more", I ran down the stairs after brushing my hair and said, "Let's go I am all done", "Thank you ma'am" said Cedric "Mind your business Ced" I said "Okay now both of you take your seats in the car and stop fighting" " Yes dad " "I am sure she is a Slytherin. " Said Cedric walking towards the car, "Haha and I am damn sure I would be a Hufflepuff or a Gryffindor look at me do I even look like an evil person?!! I am so sweet isn't it?", "Haha you are sweet?" said Cedric laughing at me, "Darling every house has its specialty but the thing is you should always take the right path in whatever house you are in " said Mr. Diggory then I nodded and after some time we reached Diagon Alley, I moved my eyes around it was a really beautiful and cheerful place a lot of people were around and it looked too good watching them, then we walked in the street and dad said , "Cedric help your little sister to buy her robes and wand I have some important work and I will be back in a while. " "Ok dad I will take very good care of your daughter ", said Cedric and he giggled, "Y/N look There comes Madam Malkin's robes for all occasions". Then both of us entered the shop and a sweet voice whispered " "hello little Diggory's" oh darling come you must be looking for your Hogwarts robes ,come here to let us find a perfect robe for you ",she said to me and then she moved her wand around my body and my robes were designed, then she said "okay we are done take your robes" said Madam Malkins, then I thanked her and then the lady gave me a smile back. "Hellooo Cedric," said a group of girls at his back there was a group of 8 -9 girls who looked the same as the age of Cedric, Cedric smiled them back and turned back to me. "Who are they Ced?" I asked him heeling up my toes to reach his ear ofc he is so tall and I am so short according to his height * _ *, "Some of my classmates", he answered and then he went to the counter to pay and I heard that group of girls talking, " Oh my god Cedric is so so handsome, cool, tall and his eyes are so gorgeous! " "Ahhh and the way he talks is soo good, I was astonished hearing that stuff ". And all I thought was like IS my brother really so handsome that girls can't even remove their eyes over him? he looks like a horse, a tall horse. "What are you thinking about?" asked Cedric " hmm nothing lets go I guess now we should go and buy my wand "I said, we moved out of the shop to buy the wand " Ollivanders is the best shop for wands " said Cedric and then a voice echoed "hey Ced" shouted a pretty girl from behind with jet black long hair , Cedric turned and said to me "Be here I will be back soon, so stay okay? " I nodded my head and he moved towards her, Okay so I need to stay here until he comes back suddenly something hit me on my shoulder hard, "OUCH!!!" I shouted a sleek white-blond hair guy who was tall had a fair complexion and looked smart, um I mean he looked good, I stared at him for a while and he did not wait for a second and moved ahead then I shouted . " hey you,white blonde, didn't your mommy taught you manners" I shouted in front of the whole crowd the guy turned around and stared at me he looked at me with his cold grey eyes, there was a different kind of sparkle in his eyes and said, "do you even know whom are you talking to?" "Actually, I don't know who are you but this is a basic manner that if you hit someone you should have said sorry at least" I said, "oh do I need to say sorry to you" then he laughed and from the crowd a voice came "Draco where the hell you are !!?" and then he said "yes dad coming ", Oh so his name is Draco huh! "Waiting for the next meet ",said Draco looking in my eyes and I said "never I don't wanna see you again duh!!", Draco went straight to the place where the voice came and then I said ," what about the sorry dude you hit me" and he turned around and smirked in a moment Cedric was standing at my back and said "all good?" then" I said yes!" then he asked me "are you sure ? " then I said looking at him "positive", " okay then let's go to the Ollivander's " said Cedric we were walking through the streets of Diagon alley the walk has become a bit weird so I took out a topic to have a bit of fun I cleared my throat and said "Cedric was she your girlfriend?' His face was all red now he replied instantly ,"Who Cho?" Cedric asked in a tense voice, "yea who was at the back who shouted hey Ced, I mean I didn't hear someone saying you Ced till now it's just me who says this, I guessed " "oh no no she is just a good friend of mine "said Cedric then I asked him, "so is she in the same year as yours? " then he said " yeah ", "okay so does that mean she is also in 3 rd year ?"I said and after walking a while finally we reached the Ollivanders, we entered the shop it looked antique, "Hello little Diggory's" an old man said standing up from a stool picking something from the shelf and said "oh so miss Diggory is going to have her first year at Hogwarts, isn't it? " Then I said " yea " , "okay let me find a good wand for you", he was confused between many wands and then finally he took one out and said "okay so there it is , its Ummm aa I guess this would be good for you dear .

" yeah thankyou" I said Mr. Ollivander smiled at me then he said, "Cedric you have grown so tall I wasn't able to recognize you for the first time", Cedric smiled a little a said " oh is it?!" and then Mr. Ollivander said " I still remember that small Cedric with long messy hair all around his forehead extremely mischievous one who broked my vase while trying his wand " and then both of them laughed and then Mr. Olivander said , " Now he has to turn into a young man and you have been so tall Cedric" , Cedric laughed I was hearing all that stuff with so interest then Cedric paid the bill and we were about to exit and I heard a familiar sound . " So how's everything going? did you get your stuff?" , I looked behind it was dad then I said "yes dad", " okay so here comes a present for my darling for the beginning of her magical life" Dad removed his hand from his back it was a cage and inside it, there was a small, fluffy snowy owl my face was filtered with happiness I ran towards my dad and I gave him a hug and I said " thank you, dad!!!!!!", then Cedric said "well the choice was mine don't take the whole credit dad" , I laughed and moved to Cedric and said, " thankyou Ced " and I hugged him then he rounded his hands around my head because he was so tall for me, then we moved a bit in Diagon alley to have the potion ingredients and my school books then we had some different way to go to another place we were searching for then shops and Cedric said " look y/n there, he is professor SNAPE our potions teacher and he is a Slytherin house teacher" "oh is it?" I gave a strange look to professor Snape he was tall, long face, black hair which frames his face and he wore black robes, then we started moving ahead I looked back and saw professor Snape was looking at me with his sharp eyes then I asked "Cedric how's he?" then Cedric said "who? professor Snape? Ummm well well he is not liked very much by the Hogwarts student but all the Slytherin's like him by the way he is very partial toward the Slytherin's" said Cedric and then he added "don't worry y/n he will like you, you will go in Slytherin so ... " and he laughed I made a crying face towards my dad and said " look what he is saying! " then dad told Cedric , "stop making fun of your little sister !!" and then he said looking at me " it's okay darling he is joking he is your brother only " then we sat in the car after having a meal atf the Leaking Couldroun it was fun then we reached home I was all excited to make new friends but still, a thing was clicking me again what if I'll be in Slytherin but I was enough sure that I won't go in Slytherin because I was up to no bad. Cedric was completing his homework as holidays were about to over and he is a Hufflepuff prefect so he needs to work well to get promoted to head boy.
