1.8 Care

Now, in their class. Eyes lurking around trying to find a potential suspect. Because;

"I'm going to kill them."

"Who?"

"Whoever did that to Tae."

is what their conversation are before being kicked out from the infirmary by the teacher named Min. Jungkook agrees with every single thing Jimin said from finding the person to killing them. Well, not really 'kill' but hypothetically speaking in the type of way.

And their eyes coincidentally landed on the same person.

... because she voluntarily went right towards them.

"Jiminie, Jungkookie!" Calling their name as if they had been friends. "Are you guys still befriend that low-rank kid?"

Jimin's voice oddly went deep when he asks, "who?" Making the whole class heartthrob for awhile. The girl whines, "that weak guy, Kim Taehyung!" she said and the whole class laughs.

"He is our friend since middle school. What do you mean?" Jungkook squints his eyes, eyebrows lifted. She squeals, "you're cute," giggles before continuing, "don't you think he's dangerous? What if he seduces you into liking him?" Claims and act puking.

"What's so bad about it? Liking him and so what? I can be his boyfriend if I want to. It's not the end of the world. Why need to break our friendship because of stupid reason?" Jimin scoffs, rolls his eyes, "why? Jealous him getting our attention instead of you?"

She laughs, "aw minnie you're so funny!" Hits him teasingly on the shoulder and leave.. just like that? Probably embarrassed by herself.

Typical her, Shin Yeon-Ji. Ever since she presented as a female alpha, she's been picking up on people around her. Jimin's father had also been taking interest in her as the Park and Shin are friends. Might end up marrying their son and daughter together.

"Jimin ah, Jungkook ah, can't you guys lift your pride a bit?" A guy laughs, "join us or something! We would make a great team!"

"I mean like rather than being friends with that Kim."

Jungkook frowns, gets up ready to throw a punch. Jimin stops him, pulling his wrist making him sit down again abruptly. "Wha-"

"Save that for later."

Silence.

"who is it?"

The mother's voice may sound a bit forcing yet, she cares. She knew this time would come eventually. Besides, she wouldn't want her first son to be what others would call mateless. She's tired honestly. Right after her firstborn came home as an omega, her world shattered. 

No, she is not embarrassed over that fact, she is just- worried. Scared for her son's life. 

The oldest shakes his head, hesitated to speak. Sitting opposite (other than his mother) is his younger brother, the alpha, family pride who was told to always be there for his oldest and youngest. Their youngest, on the other hand, is in his room, resting with probably the father accompanying. 

The mother sighs, quite disappointedly, "Seokjin ah, what's his name?" she asks again. 

"Jeon... Jungkook,"

"Jeon Jungkook, hm? I like his name," the mother grins while the other brother starts showing interest in the conversation. Doesn't wait for their mother to speak, the alpha did instead, "how did you meet him?"

Seokjin shrugs, great now

they didn't know him

"school."

His mother gasps, "is he also a teacher, dear?" secretly disapproves over the idea of her son marrying an ordinary high school teacher. "No- no he is not a teacher, ma," Seokjin chuckles lowkey nervous. Her expression changed to relief, "then what does he do for a living?"

"How would I know, ma?" Seokjin question back, pouts genuinely confuse. 

She huffs, "you have to dear. Later, tell him to come over so we can talk about marriege." 

"M-mariege? what- why?" 

Namjoon interupts, frowns and shaking his head, "no ma. Hyung is not getting married. Not until that Jeon guy prove he is good enough."

"you can't be picky about your brother mate, Namjoon ah," she laughs, turns to Seokjin then, "we have to discuss about marriege, Jinnie. If it's possible, I would want you to get married before the end of this month."

"No- no that's too early ma-"

"Jinnie, your heat is around the corner. If you ended up having sex before marriage, your father and I won't be happy about it. That's why the earlier the better."

One of the reason why he shouldn't tell his parents about this. Perhaps he should've keep quiet till they had properly fall for each other. Wrong move Seokjin thought, wrong move. He never thought this marriege thingy would came out.

It did eventually. 

Everything is wrong about this. Him, getting married with someone who doesn't even finish their high school? No hell no. He won't ruin a teen future because of him!

And what? Sex? Why is she concern about his sex life? What's so wrong about having sex before marriege? Why? Is it because if he did then he is a slut, whore ?

Questions, questions, questions yet he just sat still with his mouth kept sealed. 

The mother hums, hand gently reach her son hand resting on the table, carresing it, "your condo have a empty room, right?"

He nods.

"From today till the day you finally getting married, Namjoon will stay with you." she turns her attention to the middle child, "take care of your brother, make sure he is safe. Your father will take care of Taehyung."

Both of them honestly against it. Not that they hate each other but Seokjin being the oldest find himself kinda pathetic letting the younger watching over him and Namjoon, it's just too sudden for him. Well he doesn't mind after all, their parents house is only 20 minutes away from Seokjin's place. It's just that if anything happen to the older... he would have to take the blame.

Like 6 years ago when he went home from school after winning a baseball game just to get scold instead.

"Park Jimin, Jeon Jungkook, report to the principal office now."

Both spare a glances over each other before yelling, "yes sir," and get up to leave the classroom. Skip to now where they're knocking the principal office, creak the door open after a replies. Face immidietly glows when their eyes met their one and only friend. Finally after days, waving lowkey excitedly.

"Take a sit," the principal tells. They nods and did as told. 

"My son- Taehyung got hurt quite bad and I personally wouldn't want this to happen again," he sighs, "never. Although the students had already been expelled, I'm still worried for him. But as a father, I wouldn't be able to protect him all the time... so I hope both of you can do me favor and watch over him for me."
