Chapter one: past

Once upon a time in a kingdom far far away, two baby girls were born there was one that was born with hair bright like the sun and eyes blue like the sky, but the other was born with ruff black hair and cold brown eyes at least that's what my parents told me but Catherine isn't like that, she has beautiful brown hair and beautiful brown eyes that glow in the sunrise well you must be wondering who I am. Hi am Sophia and am the princess of whitewood and I am the younger sister of Princess Catherine also known as my sister and she is kind and brave. Now without father, a due let's talk a little about my past so it all started when I was 4 I was walking through the village with a guard when I accidentally got lost after I got lost I was scared because I was alone until I ran into a girl with black hair and cold brown eyes she looked at me with disgust and said what are you doing here? I told the girl, please help me I'm lost and I don't know how to get home, as I was about to stand up, the girl knocked me to the ground again and told me I don't have to help you with anything you stupid little brat and then she smirked at me badly and told me one day I'll make your life horrible and then she's gone, who does this girl thinks she is?. Then after she left another girl came over and said are you ok? I looked at her and then saw a girl with soft brown hair and beautiful blue eyes and freckles. She smiled at me and held out her hand to help me. I gladly took her hand. and I smiled at her and said thank you. Then I told her my name and she said, oh my name is Ainsley. I smiled at her and told her what a beautiful name you have. She smiled back at me and said thank you. I asked her about the girl who pushed me to the ground. She looked at me with sad eyes and told me that girl was her childhood bully, lady Jeimy of the house of Glut I was so angry yet so sad for Ainsley so I tried to change the subject and say, hey how about we go forest Ainsley looked at me and said oh no please don't ever say that's again. I looked at Ainsley confused and asked her why not, she told me that in the forest lies dangerous beasts that no man could ever beat she also told me that bounty hunter's, adventures and knights go there to destroy the population of the beasts, but nobody else would travel to the dark cold wood's of whitehood then she recommended something I would have guessed, how about we go to my castle pretty close from here. I smiled at her and said, sure we then walked through the crowd and got on her carriage. While we were there we talked for a few minutes then we reached her castle I have to tell you, it was a sight to behold her castle had white bricks and gold it looked beautiful. Then Ainsley grabbed my hand and said c'mon then we both ran inside the castle first she gave me a tour of the castle, she showed me the thrown room then she showed me the dining hall, and then after hours of exploring her castle we decided to take a break. She asked one of her handmaidens if she could bring us some tea, a few moments later her handmaiden arrived with some tea, she set down the tray and walked away. Ainsley then told me, this is high mountain tea it's very delicious and yummy she said with a smile. I then gently picked up the teacup and drank the warm liquid inside, mmm this is very delicious like you said. I told you she giggled, then after we talked my parents busted through the door, they ran towards like crazy people and hugged me so tight I couldn't breathe. MOM DAD what's wrong with you, OH MY DARLING PRINCESS WERE SO SORRY THAT YOU GOT LOST, mom dad it's because my new friend Ainsley found me, Ainsley waved to my parents. They turned to Ainsley and tanked her then Ainsley's parents appeared out of nowhere and said what are you doing here. My parents went to Ainsley's parents and told them that I was lost and that they had been trying to find me all day until an old lady finally told them where I  was. And Ainsley's parents understood, my parents, took me by the hand and started walking with me. I looked back at Ainsley and smiled at her and waved goodbye. She then waved to me and then we parted ways after that day. Ainsley and I have been inseparable, we have been best friends ever since that fateful incident and our parents became good friends which is even better but Jeimy is still my rival. I tried to make friends with her, but she just doesn't want anything to do with me. Well that doesn't matter what matters is that Ainsley and I will be best friends forever.
