Chapter 0.5

A/N: Sorry this isn't chapter one but I want you guys to imagine what the characters look like throughout the story. They've changed clothes and personalities just saying. Anyways. Also big setup at the end!

An arrow. Arrow through the head of the Biter.

"Damn. The guy only had 3 arrows. What a letdown!"

Hinata Shouyou. Once was 162.8cm. Now 173cm. 16 years old. 50kg. His hair poofed up only because he had a piece of cloth tied around his head like a ninja, if he were to explain it. But his hair got slightly longer and was more bed head like. Wearing a dirtied black hoodie, slightly ripped gray sweatpants, faded red sneakers and a silver ring. Hinata had grown more mature and less energetic over time but gained little muscle. He didn't fully work out. Just a few pushups each day. He didn't want to sweat only because Biters can smell it a mile away. Favourite weapon is a 12" dagger knife.

Hinata looked to the side and saw Kageyama. He looked impatient.

"Hinata. Let's get a move on."

Kageyama Tobio. 186cm. 16 years old. 64.3kg. Kageyama wears a short two-tone dirtied trench coat with a hood on the back, to-the-knee khaki pants, muddied combat boots and black fingers-cut-off leather gloves. His favourite weapon is double pistols with a supressor on both. His hair got slightly longer but he can still see. He has a strip of cloth tied around his head like Hinata does. Kageyama still has his pissy personality but kept his soft side for his team. His eyes now seem more determined than before. Like they're saying 'I'm not letting anymore people die'.

The two walked off in the direction of the walls.

The place they lived in was a small city with walls around it. Only holding 1 300 people within that district. They had buildings that weren't exactly perfect but it'll do. Kageyama and Hinata shared a home together since it was comfortable with just them together.

It took them 30 minutes to walk back to the checkpoint of that particular city.

The soldier stopped them and asked for a pass. Kageyama and Hinata pulled out their passes and the soldier pushed the checkpoint gate open for them to go inside the small city.

The two walked on until they reached 'Sakura Street'. They walked to the left and kept going once again. Until they reached 109. They walked up to the makeshift home and opened the door. Hinata walking in and flopped down on the sheetless mattress that had good enough blankets.

"Man! That gate guy really ticks the hell off! Haha." Hinata confessed rubbing the back of his head.

"Haha. To be truthful with you. I've never had somebody piss me off as much as that shit does." Kageyama mutters loud enough for Hinata to hear. He bends down to look in the bottom cupboards for soup. He can't find any he likes.

Hinata adjusts on the bed but then squeaks in pain.

"Hey, Kageyama?"

"What?" He asks as he stands back up.

"Can you give me one of your massages? M-my back hurts..."

"Hinata, this is your third massage this week. I can't always give these to you. I may not be here when you need it. Start working out more."

"But the guards said we cant! We'll get overrunned if we do!" Hinata begged.

"You're right about that..." Kageyama started. "Lay on your stomach."
